Nah thanks anyway but I bought site unseen, any issues with it are my problem should the deal ever go ahead Jeeze are they that bad? Even at 3k?
-
Yeah but our family owns a testing station and workshop here in Dunedin, I've never paid for a WOF or repairs yet
-
Sorry ha, thought I better change that!!

I'd spoken to the trademe account holder lastnight, asked him if I could test drive the car before handing over the bank cheque, he was all good. So pretty safe there..

Last minute flights were $179 so it's probably not worth it. It's a bugger because it's a smart looking little car.

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=707791005 So I bid on this car for the wife to pot around in, put aside some time this morning to bid e.t.c Win it for $3220. I'd booked flights, had the wife go down and get a bank cheque ready to fly up this afternoon. I then phone the seller on the number provided and he advises he was selling on behalf and that he will send my deets to the owner. He does this and I get a text message saying (pic below) : What's the go with this? Is it worth pursing or?

They just keep getting cheaper, this is actually tempting

If you bought it just for a weekend toy the running costs shouldn't be horrendous. This is probably the first Jap import M5 I've seen that's without that god awful woodgrain and that isn't black for a change. Sits tough IMO, it's from a dealer so get a warranty.. -
Great looking car and great looking colour coupled with NZ New. GLWS.

These can be remapped to 410nm and about 150kw which is fairly similar but less than half the price almost. I'd have the auto tho because in the 123d it has the paddles which are brilliant.
-
I like them personally. Wouldn't mind one as a daily.

Well priced 530d - Now part of Bimmersport

Instantly noticed my 320d and 2x X5's that I had remapped, one of the X5's didn't do it any favors though, the response that is, but better still was the improvement of power and power delivery. I wouldn't have a BMW Diesel without a remap. What did they charge you for your remap? -
http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-703681350.htm Has to be good buying if you could land it for 9k. If it had an oil burner upfront It would be replacing my 320d instantly.

At a stab if it checks out I'd say that's very collectable with those k's and being 4 door.
-
Yeah but that 91k one illustrates quite badly that that one on this subject is probably overpriced. E70's now are getting on. Options or not doesn't really seem to affect 2nd hand cars IMO, even if it is a Twin Turbo job.
-
Ahahaha! But yeah, not much about to compare it to really. Being a SD model is a good thing, chuck some wheels on it and it would be a nice daily that. Dunno about the high 20's though personally. A question to ask would be - has it done any towing in those 220ks? It aint no facelift either.

Cough, it would be cheaper to get a warranty than remove the engine and replace timing chain & other gear while you're in there. In my experience (and I've done well over 150,000kms in a M57TUD30 combined over 3x X5 diesels) they've been very reliable. I think on the world stage compared to other engines they are pretty bullet proof. -

Far better picture of it there than the listing! He must have used a can opener to take the photo's prior. -
Just that serial number website along the lines of maximum o/s

Only got the original disk that was OEM with the machine. But have the download link for the latest version it can take. No files on this machine as everything on the home server here and PC in my office.

Hi Andy, it's an Intel 1.83ghz with 2GB. Serial is W8634A9YWH5

Bought an old Mac which has 10.4.11 installed. I'm wanting to get it up to scratch with apparently can go up to 10.7.4 - I've been to the moon and back trying to sort this and bought that version online, but can't seem to get this installed as iTunes store won't somehow accept it? Do I have to buy a version in between or is there an easy fix for this? Cheers in advance

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/ferrari/auction-701583451.htm Value when done 80k when I've seen these for as little as 110k? I can see that being a bloody nightmare to put on the road, airbags removed could be one issue alone.

Fairly sure you need the antenna and computer/module to run this?

99% sure that you'll find it is dependent. Insurance companies will try anything to get out of a claim and it's most likely the first thing they'd check. You misspelled the name of the town. It has 7x R's in it, i.e Gorrrrrrre.
