I've been offered a E70 M57 with 240kms - anyone here have any ideas of what I should be paying as there's nothing else to compare it by. Also, engine should be okish, but anything I should be looking for?

Kiwi motoring industry was comparable to any lego set that my 4 year old has. It's just facing facts IMO. The world is shifting away from big cars & the Australian motor industry just hasn't adjusted to this. Anywho, the build quality on those Australian Toyota's is worse than any Korean car IMO. It's not only Australian Toyota's, it's Japanese Toyota's that are overpriced IMO at any rate. The VX Landcruiser is an exceptional example.

AA reports are a total waste of money IMO especially on a car this old, I mean it's near 10% of the value of the car! Get a good mechanic to spend half an hour looking over it would be your best bet and get a fresh wof at the same time.
