Carb cleaner?

Not sure it's over fuelling as it isn't giving any signs of fumes from the rear. It's almost as if it's starving. Might be time to whip the carb off and check float levels and a good old clean. It's been sitting for about 4 years so there could be all kinds of sh*t in there.

Have an issue with the old N12 Pulsar. It's pathetically gutless to say the least but whenst under full acceleration it misfires like a rev limiter almost, if you back off at the same rpm a little the misfire stops allowing the car to accelerate. So far I've replaced the: - spark plugs - air filter - oil filter - fuel filter Also running 95 Ron petrol. I'm guessing it's starving for fuel at this stage but any thoughts would be appreciated

This ones rusted to f**k but has only 140kms and has a full set of parts. Hoping it will be the donor for a manual conversion.

Ok so car is fully legal now. Originally failed a wof on rust, lights and more rust but all sorted now. Have ordered the paint (hellrot of course) I've bought the other EXA the guy had as it's got a compete set of parts like lenses windows e.c.t. And it's a manual. I'm hoping at some stage to convert it to manual as the auto box is just a pig. I'm hoping this will be straight forward! Picture of rust removal. Will post pics when it's entirely panel & painted and rims done.

All depends on spec kms import or kiwi new, convertible or hardtop? All major influences.

I'm guessing first off I'd need to fill and small dints with bog, sand the whole thing back, then prime the whole thing and then mask everything up, then paint..

Thinking about painting my old bomb myself. Body appears to be pretty straight but paint is stuffed I.e faded and most places faded to white! I have a spray machine which is capable of painting a car but just absolutely no clue on how to paint a car. I'm guessing it's not a matter of just picking the colour (hellrot of course) and just spraying it on after masking the car up.. What steps and or procedures do I need to adhere to for preparation? Thanks for any help in advance. Pictures below to give a rough idea of current paint finish..

If you're not "In Trade" then you aren't a dealer/company therefore the CGA doesn't apply, is it just me or is the picture on that listing with the screen working fine? IMO you can walk away and I seriously doubt anything could come to it or you could give the guy a refund. That's just my 2 cents.. This is what pre-purchase inspections are for, it may have saved you. I think they were very lucky to get $1000 out of them! If it was me and I sold you a car and done 600kms in it then I wouldn't be refunding. If it was a dealer then yeah, you'd be entitled to a refund.
