    Rusted E28

I've only ever seen Burroughs post Rusty on Stanceworks, of which he is a key member. I've seen it plastered across other forums but I really don't think he's pushing it there. More like those forums WANT it posted and get his permission or whatever, or their all just mates and post around similar to the beoneoneoh, 86 fighters, stayclassy, Matt Malcolm and others blog network in NZ. Burroughs artwork gets attention. As Blackie said, that equals dollars. I wish I could do whatever I wanted to to cars. Also it's not like hes taking a car, blinging it up and selling for the next one. It is the same car. How many projects do you see morph this much, it's great! It's entertainment. I feel like I'm justifying it so much due to my recent wheel colour choice... Lol. Haters will hate. Gators will gate and painters will paint.
  4. Kicked it because the headlight was out. The headlight started working.

There were candy green utes around in 95 also, so what. I don't know how to put it in a way that you could understand. Open your mind. How many times are you going to see a roof chopped, rusted and oiled, gold plated, notched and bagged 2JZ E28 in your life. Believe it or not, it is unique. You don't have to like it, it's the haters that fuel projects like this.

I really want to know where he would go from here now.. Convertible? Ute? Remake the roof???? I have no idea. I'm always taken aback at every step this car comes along, it's such a story. Yes, I do love it. Chop and all.

  9. Hahaha. Appreciating cars is like appreciating music, as I get older my tastes broaden but I always return to what I grew up on though, so I'm pretty sure this JDM/drift spec/slammed/wank wank phase will pass eventually.. Maybe... I doubt it.
  10. Seeing cars like this kiss the ground sideways is what I mainly love about drifting.
  11. Emptied the weekend out of it.
  12. Speaking of Fiji green, I saw an E36 in said colour on Greenhithe bridge about 2 weeks ago.. Spotted a mint Audi Quattro in Hamilton on the w/e too.

    McBumdubs!

They're pretty dirty there. They change in the light I find! Dark looks real white or dull. Sunlight makes them BRIGHT!

Nah, just a few times in the last couple months. That's one of my back up off street parking spots if my others are taken up. I hate walking up the hill though!

Oh balls I did it AGAIN!! All weekend I as Palmy this palmy that when you idiots are in NP.. sh*t, my bad! Lol, here is one I took on a point and shoot Saturday morning at a mates storm ridden property. I LOVE IT. Oh edit: My lip got ripped off by an animal of somesort I hit on the motorway. I reattached it later in the day but it's off in this pic.
  22. My logical guess is a bigger engine = less work to keep a car at a constant speed. Stop/start driving really kills the economy of a larger engine.
  23. Oh bugger, someone else won them.
