Get a pro to do it. No really I mean do get a pro. I fitted a new head unit into my compact using an adapter and now my speakers in the door wont work. Have heard this happens a lot when I did a search on this interweb thingy

I used the Pelle system Leather cleaner - conditioner - etc They are based in Timaru so I went straight to the factory. Very nice people even supplied me with a bottle of dye that they matched to my upholstery. Usually on trade me website www.pellecare.co.nz

You dont need the original disk if you have the sticker on the laptop that has the XP license number on it. Just borrow a disk from a mate. Plenty of programs around that will wipe the hard drive, remember google is your friend.

Cant really say it didn't work as there were a couple of spots where it worked but that was next to where the paint was chipped off. I will say it didn't hurt the plastic though. It may work ok on bumpers that have had a nasty paint job but wont touch the factory paint. It does say on the can it wont work on factory hardened paint jobs.

Hate me if you will but love the sound of a small block Ford V8. Not the sound of a V8 super car but an honest working hard small block chugging away. That deep throbbing sound gets me every time.

I used a product called "Bumper Stripper" to try and prep my Mtech front lip ready for painting. What a waste of money. Useless crap. Used a whole large can and still didn't take all the paint off. Ended up with sand paper and hand/machine sanding. Like you I had some of the paint flaking off. Found out what caused it too. The one and only time I ever let the missus drive my car (had to pick up from garage) she bounced it coming out of the garage driveway. NEVER again
