^ Had cruise control also which maybe the smaller silver box with a blue plug like the plugs on the back of the speedo.

Bosch 0265103004 I am sure it was a factory manual. It did have a factory fitted alarm though which has been disconnected at some point in its life. There is another smaller silver box beside it. The ECU shaped box has the same plug as the ECU on the opposite side of the dash. Just want to know as have the dash out tidying things up and wondered what it was. Batteries are charging on the camera

Good stuff mate and nice car best of luck with the rest of your upgrading.

The silver ECU shaped and sized module under the dash of a E30 on the LHS = ABS Computer does it not?

-
Bump...buy your e30 a xmas present.
-
Nope sold them ages ago. There are sets on trade me/ebay/ireland engineering etc etc. Decided to get the right sized and offset wheels instead, car wasn't handling that flash.
-
Cheers Glenn for all the help and advice this year, most appreciated. Have a good xmas.
-
You will need the guards rolled and camber plates with a 8 inch wide 0 offset wheel. My car had 002's when I brought it and needed both, on a 205 tyre. With a 195 tyre you may get away without the need for camber plates but it will handle like arse.

See it around town all the time. Looks + goes awesome.

^ I don't think so. Reading on a few e30tech threads they were saying it is a 2nd hand ebay find these days.
-
Why the *4%^ is this thread still alive. Any more posts and my computer will crash with a "too many retarded posts overflow". sh*t car, sh*t price, sh*t thread. End.
-
+1 I am so sick of reading the same threads over and over again, particulary about E30's, if you can't find it searching here a search on e30tech or google is able to find the answer. Everyone should just buy this: http://www.amazon.com/BMW-E30-Restoration-...3136&sr=8-1 worth its weight in gold and saved me making stupid threads most of the time.

^ Will keep that in mind Ashkan, will see if I have anymore interest and discuss.

Tyres are 205/55 Would look better on tyres like these ones (195/50), they are identical wheels too. http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....st&p=308393
