Ooohhh f**k yeah do the Borbet's. You can be only one of a few with original/reps on here
-
^ I was about to pm you Matt lol. I could be keen, where did you tax it from? This is the closest I have seen so far: http://www.drivenperformance.co.nz/scripts...?idproduct=1411 obviously x2 one for each side.

I want to make some ducts for my front brakes. Think roughly about 80mm diameter should be sufficent. Any of the racers/wannabe racers know where the best place is to get this? Really don't want to use that Supercheap sh*t again. Cheers, Nathan

^ Yeap and black your wheels/buy Jono's black weave reps
-
A little off topic, but when I was going to buy that red 318is that was for sale before yours Martyn, I was going to get this made into a EURO http://www.plates.co.nz/search/?legend=BEBEM3 you should do it if you win Lotto. Haha.

Well if it was me, I would look at the people who posted opinions and their own cars before taking advice from one or the other. End of the day it is still a slow 320 auto, just tidy it up and minimise the $$$ spent to use on the white car cause imo that is where I would put my cash.
-
And to take the car off the axle stands
-
^ Sounds like a good choice. Keep it looking tidy, the more other people butcher e30's..the more the tidy ones will be worth one day
-
I am going to say: - Lose the mudguards - 14 inch weaves (I assume the current wheels are 14's so you can use the tyres again) - E30 Rubber Boot spoiler - Shadow line the window trim - Add a front valance lip - Save the change from $1k for your white project car

I used to love playing Outrun on Commodore 64.

Looking great Matt, def one of my fave four doors on here. I want your headers

Brands Hatch is such an awesome circuit, even if it is the short course. Love that E46 M3 fly past at 44sec ish
-
^ Hey Paul, give me a text this weekend if you need a hand, I am free to help pull E30's apart considering mine isn't currently in bits

WIN. Way better height at the back, did note that the LHS rear still sits up a little higher, is there any remedies to that? Hope it isn't a bent subframe or such like. Search continues for Alpina Stripes and Wheels but in saying that, I have become quite attatched to the look above with the chunky F40 esque wheels and no stickers/model badges, I guess I will see how many times I change my mind till funds allow lol. P.S LSD FTW

Thanks everyone for all the input, nice to see a discussion about something to do with cars on here instead of the usual bollocks! Certainly think it has to be something metallic, the thing with the tiny stripes is they would be a lot harder to recreate and fit nicely/straight. Jono, you has a pm On and JTP...say no to Alpina badges...I thought about it also, then promptly hit myself over the head...haha.
-
^ I would rock Fiji Green too Sam, just needs some RS's on that one above.
-
^ Cheers guys. I am very tempted. Maybe do the full on tacky ones in silver instead of in your face gold haha. Andy, I would like some Alpina Reps, but where? If I did thin stripes, would have to do them gold like these ^

HB Andy Treat your 318i to a M20B25

Closest I have got so far: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-Alpina-...sQ5fAccessories I know someone used to sell em on trade me...

Has to be Simon's 540is, it's got the show, the go and the woah
-
Right. So after about 10 google image searches and thinking about how much I would upset the purists I really want to do this. Obviously my car 'only' has the Alpina Front Bumper and Alpina Rear Wing and sadly not the 2.7 or 16' Alpina Wheels but who is counting. After talking to a few people I reckon give it a go if I can get the stripes made up cheap enough. Car: Stripes: At the moment I am tossing up between silver for the stripes or metallic gold. Or even going for the 'thinner' style, like this: but for the moment I the thicker/bolder style. Anyone good with photoshop feel free to transplant stripes onto my car. Opinions and thoughts are appreciated! Cheers, Nathan

Looking badass Andrew, how much the suede wheel set you back?
