^ Maybe a little lighter, you get the idea Atm I am leaning to leaving them silver. Then I will get someone to PS me some Alpina decals on
-
Can someone photoshop this and repost it. I need the center (silver part including center cap). I need it photoshopped in a similar gold to this Thanks
-
^ It isn't that hard, half a day and a little patience and you can do it. There are TONS of DIY's on the net.
-
Cheers Martyn. I have genuine weaves on my race wheels I would be very keen on some Alpina stripes, I was thinking about getting the centres of my Borb's painted Gold (where the silver is now) then gold stripes would look badass, if you have any details, let me know. I will throw some photos up soon, except Paul has borrowed my air flow meter so I am dead for the moment. Will have some updated ones soon. Also, we need another Welly meet, with cars this time in the sunshine, get some good pics

^^Mine was 76US shipped.
-
Power to weight is your friend...and to a degree it is a 'free' mod. Just loose some interior, lighter wheels, carbon or fibreglass panels. Done.
-
^ Yeah thats the weighted version, I couldn't justify spending another extra 15US, especially since the dollar went through the floor in the last 24 hours
-
^^ Yeah, they ( the borbets) look mint, really suit my car and with only one other person on here with a set of Borb rep's, (to my knowledge) I would rather have something not many others have At this rate every e30 will have those dished weaves...hehe. Jed, mine was a little further out than that, a little under 10mm from the edge of the tread to the sidewall, 'cbf'd taking a photo lol', I also found another nail in the centre of the tread, so glad to get it all fixed at once. Oh and cheers Nick, I just have that 'can't leave it alone disorder' haha a project is never finished I guess. Really hope to bring it up to Aucks for the next big meet so I can size it up to some of the 'minter' e30's on the forum.
-
^ Ah bugger totally forgot about that. Oh well that's a extra 'donation'
-
Well Jeddy, I got the tyre fixed, Firestone said it was fine..hahaha. Massive thanks to Kerry (bmpower) for sorting me out also ripped the spring pads out of the rear so hopefully that will give me 15 - 20mm more drop in the rear and won't make it look as bad. Also ordered one of these from bimmerbum (thanks to Nick021 for hooking me up with this link ages ago) http://yhst-59326584023620.stores.yahoo.ne...-shift-kno.html which should help tidy my interior up greatly.

My old next door neighbours car, it is pretty rough. He works at that Repco in Welly. Cool looking though, apart from the laptop mounted on the dashboard

On behalf. Need a E34 M50 Sump and Oil Pickup and E34 M50 Rubber Engine Mounts. I know this stuff is hard to find but worth a go. Cheers, Nathan
-
^ My thoughts exactly, gold would be so badass. Oli, will give you a text son.
-
^ I will get a pic up. I'm pretty annoyed, I went to Tony's, does anyone nationwide else do puncture repair?
-
Massive fail day today. About a month or so ago, Henry (Incary) came with me for a spin in my car and we managed to get a nail in one of the rear tyres in the outer edge of the tread, it didn't flatten, but it has a small leak and, after finally getting round to seeing if it can be fixed, was told that it's too close to the edge of the tyre so need to replace it Might just sell the wheels + tyres and buy some of those weaves...hehe.
-
Take the ? off mine, after seeing these, am very keen. I will have a set in gold. Kthxbi

^ Just upgrade to E30 325i 51mm front struts, that way you can run bigger 260mm front discs and larger calipers, obviously you will need bigger diameter front shocks also 45mm vs 51mm. Also if your car has a drum braked rear end, a disc rear end swap is beneficial too. Braided lines are excellent and not much more expensive in the long run.
-
And to think I nearly brought that car, you have done a sweet job making it your own.
-
^ Aha. Cheers Mark, my brain is more melted than it was 50 sec ago

Doing a maths paper for the 2nd time and going into the exam in 3 hours knowing you will fail the paper...AGAIN. 3rd time lucky FTW???
-
+1 I am about to fail one in a few hours, see ya later $700, all because the e30 deserved more attention at 9am three times a week. Sick video, good find Henry, although I make my girlfriend act like that when I drive her in the E30

Carbed m10 316 motor? Well...you have had some pretty outrageous ideas before....

Mitch drives a red e30 in the movie Old School. Badass.
