Ahhh good point, didn't think of it that way, Do they insure there own or just not bother?

Hey guys, Just wondering weather anyone has had to insure there own tools that they use/keep at work. My previous employer's insurance covered all the employee's tools if they were to be stolen or in a fire etc,n I have just relocated to New Plymouth and my new employers require me to organise my own insurance. (tools will always stay in the workshop overnight and weekends etc) I've called my broker and they basically say that i can take out a contents policy on them (with a HUGE premium and excess) which will only cover them up to $1000, But i need atleast a $5000 cover on them to come close to replacement value. Anyone had to do this before?

Brought a fire extinguisher, pulled up the side of the cover to look through the window to dicide where to put it, Then couldn't be f**ked so i walked off

You'll find you start to put on some weight, i tried to give up a while back , and i just started to eat more and more, I ended up spending more on food than smokes haha, I find that i WANT to give up, but its something i enjoy doing which makes it hard. But i do admire you and goodluck ( cold turky is the way to go )

Lolz, had a similar problem the other day, removed my Air flow meter to plumb my bov back in, Put it all back togeather then couldnt rev over 2000rpm, I thought i had fouled the plugs for the second time in a week, Then the next day ( after racking my brains) BRAINWAVE, forgot to put the plug back on the AFM , FAIL

will keep an eye on this one, looks like a good project, yea the airbox does sway it towards a saffa, along with the battery being in the boot. other tell tail signs age armour guard windows ( i think thats what there called), sump guard , and long range fuel tank (75 ish liters) which means you will have a fuel tank behind the rear seat aswell as the normal one.

So that means you want $4000000 for it?, thats a bit steep

Na no fogs, dont have a front valance to attach them to anymore haha , im going to try get my dirty drift style brake ducts back in there, and paint the i/c piping on the passenger side black for extra stealthness. Edit, and a black airfilter is a must now, fluro green isn't doing it for me

Update So the build has finished, But the tuning still remains a grey area, we have tried many different injectors and afm's to no avail, and we also spent 5 hrs today remaping the ecu and have resorted back to leaving the charger off for now, We managed to get the tune perfect for idle, and constant throtle and WOT, but couldn't get the values set right for acceleration, Moarrrr research needed

Glenn had someone do a stripe around his tyre a while back, he may be able to point you in the right direction
-
If it has a/c then you can remove that and the intercooler will bolt up in front of the radiator without cutting anything, thats how i did mine, and yours looks about the same size

A mate spun the pully up for me , and ace motors did the bracket, They've ended up doing most of the work i was going to do as i wanted to concentrate on my study and get that all done, which i guess payed off as im now qualified as of a week ago, and i get the car back tomorrow or monday for finishing touches But i don't think ill be able to get out on the track, i'd say ill have a few issues to iron out before i get there
