It is too cheap, yet I'm still having no interest. If it was the other way around , I'd be straight in there.

As Title suggests, I am after a steering linkage for a E30 Manual steering rack. Does anyone have a spare that they are willing to part with. Cheers Matt

If it does have 45mm struts its no big deal to source some 51mm and bolt them in, they are a direct replacement. If you get a new set you can still drive the car while you get the welding done on the new ones, then your car will only be off the road for a few hours.

If only I lived in Auckland, I want that steering rack

Hi Guys Facelift M20B25 Recently I removed the coolant lines from the throttle body , and blocked off the outlet at the rear (on the side) of the block. I still have my heater hooked up etc. My question is, will blocking off that outlet cause an excess build up of pressure, The reason i ask is my radiator hoses seem to be rather firm when hot, (not solid but you can't really squeeze them much) is that normal?

Looks like a tyre pressure guage maby

When I got my bilstein sports, I still shortened them 50 mm and my old standard top mounts have held up fine, How low is your car? Iirc the sports are only 20mm shorter than standard , so they may need to be shortened more for your setup.
-
Are your rear top mounts still in one peice?

What did those bushes end up costing you. Pm me

Have you pulled the fuel line off under the fpr to see if fuel is actually making its way to the motor? Have you tinkered with the plug under the intake manifold (the big one that screws onto the bracket the holds the heater hoses?) edit: actually read it properly and its not a fuel issue,

Does the ivc hum when the key is in the on position? (when the cars not starting) Had the same problem on an e30 i had. It turned out to be a loose connection in the fuse box, gave the fuse box a tap and it would come back to life

Hey guys, Although its not a BMW thats broken (Read E30) I thought id ask for some advice After 3 hrs of searching it seems as if I have just run around in a full circle. 94 R33 GTS RB20e Manual So the story is, Over the last two weeks the car has started to run a bit rough on idle and has had a bit of a flat spot in acceleration. All this came to a head yesterday when the 'roughness' got worse. Symptoms are, Engine will stall if you dont nurse the gas pedal, Stutter up to ~ 2200rpm, Will run when the maf is un plugged and wont missfire or anything (limp mode). All I have had time to do so far is check for vacuum leaks and clean the maf with air flow sensor cleaner and check the leads for spark, but nothing. Would the fact that it runs fine in limp mode mean that thers no fuel or spark problems and that it all comes down to the maf being screwed or could there be something i have missed. Any help would be appreciated. Matt
