I can reccomend terrys too,I had a cut and weld job for my last wof, they did a great job for a good price

Correct, thats why your car can still run with no valve cover on, the hoonda guys always just put one of those breather filters on when they take the hose off, but as i said the oil from the crakcase puts of a fair amount of fumes so better to run a hose somewhere, ( try run the hose to the passenger side too, away from the hot exaust manifold)

I run my valve cover vent through a hidden hose into the chassis rail and blocked off the other end at the TB, you don't need to have that one plumbed back in ( Although it does smell a bit sometimes) I taked to Kerry once about the brake booster line and he said its better to keep that one plumbed in

Yes they will fit

One of mine did that when i stoped to get gas on the way to work a few weeks ago. Seemed to be the pump relay in the engine bay right next to the air box. pop the cover off and it will be the relay that has a fat red wire going to it, either swap that with another one, or try bridging pin 30 and 87 iirc and that should put constant power to the pump so you can test it. P.S , by Bridging i mean put a wire in the slot for those pins then push the relay back in with the wire still in there, so your electrics still work.

Sizes as stated above

I run 16x8 with a 0 offset and have 205/45/16, no rubbing at front, and i just flared my guards at the back to fit them under. But with higher rear pfl arches and a 20offset you'd probly get away with minimal guard work with that size tyre
-
if you change the driveshaft to suit f/l ill take it haha, p.s still havnt got around to sending your money up, but i wont forget haha
-
ahhh my mistake Glenn, got mixed up between hex bolts and torx, Hex was 40nm 60nm after 15-20min 25nm after 25min of running and torx was how Glenn said
