currency and volume I would say, plus of course the BMW dealer have to meet company standards in showroom etc.so with a small market they have to have a highish margin to kep the doors open.If you buy bmw new in germany do you have to deal through bmwnz or can you front up to a german dealer and order a rhd nz market car and come back a few weeks or months later and drive off into the sunset?

i have used dell desktops at two work places with no problems(well i did lose a hard drive onceand one was stolen).I bought a laptop for Mary through the dell site and had no problems.I have no problems with windows but my mate at works has an apple and just about went crazy trying to set up a windows laptop for his wife...said the mac you just plug in the device(whatever it is) and as Andy says..it just goes.no wrestling with wizards or IPs or ........Value for money i think Dell is good. Most people i talk to say that xtra and paradise are the pits.i have no complaints,my laptop is bloody slow at times but i Think it is more windows/hardware than xtra broadband. If you arent actually gonna do much just get the cheapest net/tv/phone line option you find.

5 series are heavy cars,so the 2.0 has to work hard to accellerate.E39 528 would prolly be a very nice car.E34 535 is getting on a bit, last ones were built in 1992 or there abouts, but you could get one very cheap now, there are evn some manual ones about at the moment. With maintenance mileage isnt really an issue

my car came with only a //M badge so that came off straight away.Often thought about putting 535i back on but i like the clean look

5 series ftw.dont forget those vomiting things have always a lot of stuff to acompany them.I expect to get flamed, but a 5 series is much more car for the money...if you want a sportier car a 3 series wuld be the go.A e 46 is a slightly larger car than an e 36

i use page too, they are good, have let me use my own parts too.If you use jeff gray they have a specific pricing regime called six plus......well they used too.I think it is a system whereby the prices are more "market driven"Be very specific about what you want them to do. Its time we had a meet up fellas.......

E36 328i overheating and leaking all coolant??!! help
kiwi535 replied to charlie01's topic in Maintenance
there is only a couple of options left. Water pump, you have air trapped in the system, the cooling system must be bled of air not 100 percent sure of m54? engines but the the connection between radiator and coolant resevoir must be clear you might have a blown headgasket. -
check the wreckers....i am sure you can get old seats recovered and recontoured in any material you want for a lot less than that??
