30 will get you a newer e39 .Dont discount two doors, often they are easier to get in and out of because the doors are bigger.I would seriously consider another E39.Will you do much travvelling? There are ussually a couple of E39 deisels on trademe albeit slightly over your budget. But honestly 30 will get you a nice e39,or a e46 328 or 330.Try a e46 coupe(2 dr)

i park far away, but if its a steady crawl i will let a car in,mind you I hesitate just for a second, and if they dont react they have lost that opportunity. If It is a real crawl with lots of people pushing in I tend to be less courteous then, doent matter what sorta car

the heating ventilation and radio??? on the I drive would be a pain...I spose once you are used to it becomes second nature but seems counter intuitive to me.

so does that mean you only need the DVD to make it operational?

M5 = 100 KW per person.....nice round figures or two cylinders per person if there is 5 on board.

keep looking for an e 60 then,OR get the 745 checked by jeff gray at PM ,a proper 90 minute inspection, and go from there.

i would in the same situation get the bmw warranty...make sure it covers electrical issues....sell when it expires, but you will prolly take an absolute hammering in value...Why not get that nice blue e39 from Jeff Grays???Do you want a newer car or you want a change as well?
-
Make sure they know you are in the Car Club,I would still go for a five,I think the Sevens are just too complex,electrically.530D with sports pack....

Allan for what its worth i had a set of 235/45/17 GIII on my E34.They lasted quite well(eventually the outside of the fronts were completely gone, but the rest of the tread was down to the wear lines).I dont drive that fast but prolly my conering speeds are higher than Joe average esp on the open road, and i dont really slow down that much in the wet....I have no qualms recomending GIII,s.I find 3pedals comments very very interesting .as i say i have no qualms.I have a mixture on the car at the moment, some Toyos(on the front) and some others......the toyos have a very very deep tread,no tramlining, which the Bridgestones did a bit,esp when they were getting down.

i park at the other end of all carparks. However i noticed the other day I have a dent in the loer half of one of my doors, obviuosly hit with some force...F(*&^%$S

Agree with Martyn the 5 will probably feel small after a seven but prolly the same as the e 39.I was quite disapointed with the "presence" of the interior of the 530 D I drove.A five would be my pick though, only three to carry mostly, would be the seven if I had a bigger family

alarm deals for fellow bimmersporters
kiwi535 replied to btccm3's topic in Sponsors & Preferential Rates.
could the remote on eiter of these two kits do the deadlock and "auto close" on a e34 5 series...ie if you turn and hold the key in the deadlock position any open window and or sunroof will close.Would be handy to close the sunroof when it starts to rain! -
Not a fan of E 36,s biy i love any bmw"sport" interior! sport seat ftw
