and some "shampoos" are wax freindly.A water blaster will force water into joints,and places that normally are water "resistant"

be careful with those ribbons.If its windy or you have to travel any distance at any speed the ribbons flatten out somewhat and can leave nice scuff marks over most of the bonnet.Ask me how I know.The ribbons were some kind of synthetic stuff aplied by the brides brother(or something)I was not pleased but it polished out.

yeh some trucks and Harleys(or harleys wannabes) are louder than a lot of so called boy racers.....its not about how loud it is more about making it loud when you shouldnt....get it?I thought some sort of "test" would be applied at WOF time,maybe in April when the emmisions are tested....bit worried about that.

when the time comes i will...tho the 5 is a different animal than the 3,is at least 1500 kg prolly closer to 1600kg.I want a quiet tyre,a tyre which will last a reasonable time have good grip wet and dry.I dont think i drive faster harder than joe bloggs mostly commute but it is also the car we take away at holiday time,and of course the "club" car too.Enough for a tyre to cope with you think.....

the 5 is nearing 200 000 ks and i think the radiator is original ,or maybe a recore,is showings signs of age,some slight antifreeze residues .Does the radiator have any a/c or other cooling duties???

Yes driving south from tga to wgton,the only thng of note was besides about 10 e36 and a tidy e 30 (which i was stuck in traffic with around otaki with page european number plate surrounds) was the number of cop cars.Lost the mudflaps sometime ago after comments from Carl Martyn and others.Where were you?
