the biggest problem with the e34 M5 is they were much heavier cars than the E28 with a a similar engine spec

its why i said "broke the mould a little ", must admit i was torn over the e34 M5 and we are supposed to be talking about BMW M cars!

for what it is the e39 m5.broke the mould a little a 4 door 400hp sedan in 1999,still a nice daily and perhaps the ultimate road trip car ?

you have done an outstanding job.I would have kept the chrome grill surround i think just to give a little contrast to the front.An auto trimmer could do the leather thing on the trim peices quite cheaply I think

you will need hubcentric rings ,non hubcentric wheels and e34 dont mix=shudder from hell at 90k

not staggered just 17x8.5 13 or 15mm offset and lotsa dish.There was about 80mm of rim before the basketweave

data logger display thing?After our "diagnostic day" i am keen to get some kind of display that i can display temp ,oil pressure etc.There is one display i have seen that looks quite good but interested in your version

haah the std landcruiser 76 etc use the same engine with a single turbo but they are 150 kw max!lotsa torque though.

for gettin close to 200 kw they should!The petrol one is 227 kw!

my bro has a landcruiser flat deck...very very basic compared to the 200.I am contempating a complete change in automotive lifestyle and while looking at the different landcruiser models looked at 200s ,for about 30 seconds!

ahem (the 530 would be mine).Actually the no 1 daughter is the major stumbling block at the Moment.She has had a tough year at university and has done very very well.
