take the springs to a local spring place ,they can calculate the properties.Re motorsport suspension i think the M5 is slightly lower again than a motorsport

BMW club have a driver training day at Taupo annually unfortunately you just missed it,not a pure trackday but you get some tips in the morning and a few laps in the afternoon.Thats the only actual BMW one although BMW NZ do run driver training days. -

decent sway bars make a big diiference to these heavy cars.The major difference between msport and std is in the sway bars imho -
just as a M5 can be 4 times more than the std model..rare desireable car =$$$$
