Could also go see a decent fastener shop and buy some new bolts that do the job.... I'd get at least grade 10.

See if you can find Hybrids old E46 the way it was before it changed hands, best E46 ever IMO. Nothing wrong with the 17" wheels you have now though, could do much worse.
-
19" but I guess you can get other sizes too... Replicas are like that. I'd say 18-19" would be more common as it's seen as an "upgrade"

He has more in fines than a check out operator at my work earns in a year.

best way to fix the kickdown problem is buy a Manual Conversion. - that's what everyone else has done.

http://www.zionsvilleautosport.com/store/s...ode/OBDITSM.htm I found this in my travels, if you had not already worked out a temperature sensor.

S-E-3/2/1 selector on the console. That's an EH model.

Late E34's have heaps of choice of stock steering wheels! Early E34 should theoretically be the same as an E30's bosskit.

Fired up the Broken E30 for the first time in 6 months. 1sec turn of the key, bam started. even with blown head gasket... :S
-
Transmission cables? for the kickdown? E30's have a pretty heavy throttle... you could try cleaning it up with silicone spray or something. I personally prefer the heavy throttle.
-
Only E30 318iS (which are rare) had a DOHC Engine.
-
My NZ New E34 has dealer servicing up to 200,000km... the next 50,000km ruined it. Should've seen it when I got it :S
-
everybody loves wiring faults! at least yours haven't had half-arsed attempts at repairs...
-
No REG no WOF, almost flat tyres, diff bolts hanging out... f**k that sh*t son.
-
I jacked up one wheel off the ground and was able to turn it... might not be the correct procedure, but it was raining and I didn't want to get too wet.... I had an OK look, it's rough, paint f**ked, Dodgy repairs, pretty sure there's rust all the way up the 1/4 panel. front and rear valances were banged up.. . I'm not an expert on rust, interior was average, had seat covers on... exhaust pretty much gone, sounded like arse... diff bolts hanging out. (this is why it may have an LSD, if someone was stupid enough to swap one in, but we know they are not cheap) As I said, I hope you got it cheap, and really in future if there's cars in Dunedin anyone wants, I'm more than happy to look at them. I even told him it's definitely not Twin Cam... it's 100% obvious it's not. I said I doubted it had an LSD also. Guy wasn't prepared to listen.
-
It's a sack of sh*t. Rear panel has come unnatached (Rust) and you can wiggle the tail lights. it probably doesn't have an LSD, it's not DOHC, it's just a crappy M40. bonnet won't even open properly, as it's damaged. one of the diff bolts was like half sticking out and the owner said "that might be why it clunks" It's filled with poor repairs ect. Tyres are shagged. You either got it for a steal, but I doubt it'll ever be able to be repaired without huge money spent.

Heater isn't hard... been there done that. Wasn't the heatercore on mine, it was the valve that opens the flow + o-rings, replaced them all.. cost like $50 all up.. inc the part from Ray. o-rings get from a good shop, or the dealer. (I got them from dealer) but if you get correct ones from a hydraulics shop or something should be just as good if not better.
-
Those 19" look sweet haha. How much are you looking for them? Even though I've bought a set of Style 32's for my Tourbox.
-
So it's Left hand drive?
-
Why? Why would you even bother importing a crappy USA S52?
-
http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/...n-520139590.htm You didn't buy this did you? Because I wouldn't call it "OK" condition.
-
You can't, well not easily... the M3 has six throttle bodies, the M50 has one. E36 M3 S50B3x M50
