AN E30 Fan replied to APT's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
Andrew I think VW Mk1 and Mk1 Gti boosters fit -
Spotted you in Mission Bay last night, love the lip. I pulled in behind you when you parked, then you realised there was another park a little bit closer up so you moved haha
-
Shifter Bushes replaced, Z3 Short Shift Installed and Driveshaft coupling done. Cheers Glenn!

Yep sure did Lucan, didn't see if it had the Evo 3 front splitter and rear spoiler though
-
Saw '88 M3' on the motorway heading in the opposite direction at the Takapuna off ramp. Looked like an Evo Sport but I'm not sure if it is or not can anyone confirm?
-
Can confirm that it looks much better in person. I was a little unsure at first but I approve now.
-
Prefer Dudlee to be honest. Good to have another one in the stable though
-
Ashkan's old car, been around for ages. Pretty sure it's been in the bimmersport family for a while at somepoint. The current owner doesn't know much about it if he think it's got an M20B20 in it.

I love it. I love Fiji Green more though, guess that is going to be a new car
-
Welcome Scott, looking good bro. Will have to catch up soon
-
PM me should be placing an order soon and won't have to pay for shipping and GST

Nath, Max's wheels aren't Keskin KT1s they are some other brand that look pretty similar. OP: I think there were two sets of them brought in at the time. But can't recall

Figured it out, turns out a mate from my flying school use to own it. Engine + Front seats were swapped over from a Cab and put into the 4 door which is a UK import which explains the dash in Miles but the plates saying its an NZ new car. Buyer Beware. Edit: Have more info if someone is interested in the car. PM me. Would make a great race car for someone. Pulls like a freight train.

Well my little brother has decided that he wants to buy an E30 for his first car, he went and looked at THIS one yesterday. Everything looks really good about it but there's a few things I'm unsure about. 1. Its registered as 1986 even though its a facelift. 2. Its supposedly NZ New but the dash, speedo etc is in Miles 3. The huge drop in odometer reading from that's stated on carjam, could just be that they've had to swap the dash over from another car. Anyone know this car or have any information about it?

Those gear knobs are not leather they are plastic. I have one in my E30. Definitely not leather.
-
That's how he does look Nath! I'll show you when I come to get that chain in the next few weeks.

Saw this on Shortland street yesterday afternoon

Got the muffler replaced at Mr Muffler in Onehunga, brilliant service and really cheap too From this To this Super quiet now, at least I don't get a headache every time I drive it now
-
3.5k tops I reckon Scott, E30s are far too over priced now days. They have sky rocketed in price over the last 18 months. Mind you that doesn't mean that they are actually selling

Keen on one deck

Finished putting it back together! Then took it for its first drive in 2 months. Only to get home and find that its pissing anti-freeze... my fault for not tightening the clamps though.
