Hope you didn't get a ticket for that. Knowingly run out of fuel on the road can be fined.

My 323i is a bit better, when I first bought the car, it does around 430-450 around town per tank of 98. Since then I changed the tyres from 225/50/16 to 205/55/16, K&N panel filter, 1 fuel injector cleaner per month and always use 98 fuel. Then it does around 480-500km mostly town and close to 600km on open road. Typical Auckland peak traffic.

For me they applied the tint film over them, so whaen you look on the outside, it sort of bubbles around the dots.

Why can't she just stay out of the tabloid or E! TV for just 1 day? Surely she don't need any more money than she already had.

Hissing sound? Is it not a clogged air filter? Quite commonly neglected service item.

Lowering an E36 with M Tech Suspension Help
my_e36 replied to 3 SERIES's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
I second that. But I still occasionally bottom out on some really nasty speed bumps, so I definitely won't go any lower. Or I should lose some weight. -
Should see someone in my shop claiming the buttons on his new phone doesn't work well. He texted over 4000 text in 3 weeks!!! Back to the topic, both companies ain't that great. Telecom lacks in product range and roaming, I've never had much good service from Voda. Recent "system upgrade" from Voda ticks me off a bit as I can't even track my usage for 6 weeks!

I reckon tints should be done by a pro, it's heaps less trouble. I was quoted $280 when I had mine done 2 years ago.

Good game. Thanks for sharing.

I reckon. Just curious, if this car were to be fixed to its pre-accident condition, how much would that cost? Can someone give a "educated estimate"?

I presume your e36 is a 2 door. The windows come down slightly so you don't have to be a muscle man to close the door. The 1000/100/10/1 buttons are for adjusting the clock/date/etc.

My shop sells it. Happy to help. PM welcome.

Just showing some of the items on display, so for those that couldn't make it can see what's on. Hope you guys like it. These are the scaled models.

My shop is a Navman reseller and I personally use them for out-of-town trips. You are welcome to PM me if you want more info.

I had that exact same car (e36 323i M-sport), no problem at all with AA. They don't need to know what they don't need to know. Motorsport is not exactly a "sport" model anyway. They should be more worried with M3s. Insurance companies are just so ignorant, worrying about the words on the model designation instead of the actual performance. Sigh! Rant over.

Excellent. Never thought a white BMW can look so good. Edit: typo

I try to get 98 where possible but minimum of 95 for me and all the cars in the family. Like walker said, few dollars per tank extra is peanuts for the extra performance/fuel economy. I too feel some difference in dropping to 91.

8 min 34 is not *that* fast. I thought it would be faster than that seeing some Porsche/Ferarri do 8 minutes flat.

It shouldn't fire off your face when you drive around normally. The light cover whole of the system ranging from sensors, electronics and the airbag itself. So it's best to see a auto electrician or a dealer to do a computer scan first to see what's wrong. You won't pass a WOF with that light on anyway, so you might want that fix soon.

E35 Stock head unit replacement suggestions
my_e36 replied to Biff's topic in Audio & In Car Entertainment
It probably won't run your stock stacker but I reckon it's a very good looking head unit in e36. Alpine 9835 I don't like the new 9855 because of the silly slide/touch button -
2005+ at this budgets are mostly Falcon, Commodore, Accord and Maxima, mostly lease/fleet cars. I know these are not as new as you would like.... Jaguar year 2000-ish S-type or XJ8 Merc E320 VW Passat 2002-on Volvo S80 2.4 (low-mid $20k) Audi A6 2.4 Quattro

That sometimes happen to my Jap import if I use the full trigger on the fuel gun. One of those forecourt guys says just use 1/3 to half squeeze and you'll be fine. Don't know if that helps...
