Awesome, thanks. Was hoping for something with rca but looks like an awesome unit
-
Does the head unit have rca outputs to run amplifiers?
-
Bump $200 takes them
-
Yeah I was considering ebc reds or stoptech street performance pads. New rotors, stainless lines, motul racing fluid.

I think you would be right with a 215/40. but if you dont want all the stretch you might fit a 225/45 but i would say your fronts are going to need to be 215/40 and theyre legal stretch according to lvvta http://tyrestretch.com/results.php?RimWidth=8.5&TyreWidth=215&Aspect=40&TyreDia=17&TyreMan=

My problem is I need a good setup to help me through the cert process once I have finished the v8 conversion
-
Pretty much a street driven car with the odd track event.
-
So I'm nearing the business end of my conversion and as braking is a huge part of the vehicle a.) to get it certified b.) to be safe to drive day to day. So who's used what? Experiences? Am running e36 328i calipers all round was initially going to go w hawk or ebc greens, but thought I would seek some info from people who have already set their cars up, thanks guys

Got motor fully assembled with auxiliaries & removed auto crap from loom. onto the engine bay tiding up now

It was $120 to have the inlet manifold dipped and cured. For the finish it was money well spent
-
Thanks Lots of skinned knuckles to scrub all the dirt and stuff out from under all those covers. Its has been many hours with a toothbrush and petrol to get it this clean, albeit some of the parts that i couldn't get 100% have been painted. The inlet manifold has been hydrodipped by a local guy here in hamilton, very happy with how it all turned out.

As title states i purchased a set of M7x32 12pt gold wheel bolts and serrated nuts for a set of wheels i am refurbing to find the wheels had a different hole bore than the lips. I am now left with 130 bolts and 140 nuts that are of no use to me so looking to cash up what they owe me so i can get the correct bolts. $250 ono cost me more than this including freight to get here.

What did you do with the original wheels the cat came on?
-
The final spec on the wheel will be 16x9 et 24 w a 2.5" step lip. Because of the 5 stud conversion i was unable to go as big with the lips as i really wanted Haha thanks yeah has been a big progression since you saw the shed last

After what has seemed like an eternity we finally finished the exhaust! yayyyyy! all but one set of V-bands after the cross pipe. Had a tidy up of the garage and time to prepare for stage number 2, reconditioning the engine and tidying up the engine bay / de-looming Another update will come shortly.......just waiting for the last of my packages from overseas then can get stuck into the reconditioning
