No takers?? This is a mint deal .. wear items .. the sort of thing to pick up when there is a discount because you'll end up using them sometime!! These are high end at laser and iridium. Air freight to your door and a pretty decent discount over wholesale and a huge discount over retail!!! -
Saw this in person at ray's shop and the shine is something you need to see in person!! Sam is OCD when it comes to getting cars looking their best. He's now looking after my family's cars and soon will have a crack at my e36

Have a look online for USA based items .. Can bring them into NZ possibly cheaper than local retail and may be better quality.

FS: NGK Spark Plugs (Iridium or Laser) 15%-25%-50% discounts!

Hi Everyone, As many of you know .. I have been bringing in some gear for people from various places in the USA using some logistics contacts I made while dealing with a large personal sea freight order. I have stumbled across a current deal with NGK spark plugs and thought I would share it here. No bulk/group buy required. Air freight included to your doorstep unless you live rural, then there's your standard $8 extra for rural delivery (domestic nz). Here are the range of plugs which are available: search your car and model, and the Iridium or Laser versions are available: http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/part_finder/car_truck_suv/default.asp Now if one was to purchase through .. a wholesaler .. http://www.pro-wholesale.co.nz/ngk-spark-plugs-nz-s-1-spark-plug/ A plug for a 1997 M3 would run you $26.95 ea for an Iridium plug. Which works out to just over $160 for a set of 6. That wholesale price also quotes that some retailers will charge $40.00 per plug. Which would mean $240 for a set of plugs. The deal I have come across is quote a good discount! For example: 1996 328i BKR6EIX L6 (Iridium) $132 / set 6 delivered. Shipping time is 7-10 days. No Limit, if you run a race car, or a set up which needs new plugs often, it is time to stock up!! Can do sets of 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, etc! Now, the price may vary for different type and applications of spark plugs, but you're looking at a good 15% saving. Depending on the amount of interest, quantities etc, this price may drop further!! Possibly down to ~$120 a set which is a massive (50% off a RIPco price, and a 25% discount off the best wholesale price). PM me with part numbers and quantities!! Everyone who has dealt with me with other car parts ... I have tried my best to get a good price, but for some of the lighter, smaller items, its easier to import yourselves, rotors, springs, swaybars, I can usually get sea freighted for a decent saving. This deal is air freight and as you can see .. a massive saving. Dig in guys! I know I'm getting a few sets! -
cool, checking now .. can you code it yourself here in nz?
-
Hey kids, how many of each do you need??? Or am I being blind?? A list of part numbers would be great! Thanks!
-
Hey Jooles what site is that?? Don't recognise it
-
Haha okay let me get back to both of you tomorrow. Need to update spreadsheets and I'm sleepy. Lol

The rx platform has a more suitable chassis for a race platform. Being that it has a roof and also the suspension geometry to be able to fit wider wheels. Also better balanced. The weight difference is not that much between the two cars. The rx box is a bolt in etc.

In the USA, and also here in NZ, there has been the trend of v8's into the mx5 chassis. in the USA LSX series engines, here, lexus V8s. Ive always liked the understated mitsubishi mirage hatchbacks with 2.4L stroked evo engines! especially the rare 4wd ones. Apart from that, Hartge is known for putting big bmw engines into little bmw chassis

Even with full cover if someone hits you and runs you have to pay your excess. If you track them down then they pay the excess. Can be 500 to 2500 excess depending on your policy. For angel eyes I recommend LED as they are more reliable and brighter than CCFL

I checked! It is real!

Questions regarding smartphones tablets and charging them!
handgrenade replied to qube's topic in Off-Topic
It is true the cable does matter. I have used some useless cables before which definitely affected the charge rate. -
thats a shame because sh20 is a very new road and IMO can handle an increased speed limit. hypothetically a stock bmw is able to drive 130 to 140 kmh without breaking a sweat. however for the general public and shitboxes, even a pace of 110-120 would be fine ..

Sounds good .. but I would prefer some sort of guideline with regards to overtaking. I just did a trip out to the Coromandel from Auckland, and there are many drivers out there who drive very slow through corners and blind straights etc (i.e. everywhere you can't pass) and then when you hit any sort of passing opportunity, they gun it back to 100/110. which means you are stuck behind them unless you break the speed limit. Very frustrating to be behind someone like that. Usually I would prefer to pull over and waste some time instead of getting held up like that.
