  1. Brake booster and position in engine bay
  2. Sure, I've already removed the booster. It's located on the firewall on the passengers side. I'll put up a picture after work
  3. It's back in the garden now. If it was still there you could have it for free, just pay for shipping
  4. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-988248185.htm
  5. Bump. All parts removed and ready for packaging. Manual conversion $1000 m30b35 Large case LSD $800
  6. All good. I got my sizes confused. ( thought 188mm was large, lol)
  7. I've got an e34 large case 3.46 (I think, I'll check) LSD
  8. I've got an e34 rear subframe from an 88 535i if that works
  9. You'd need some serious stones to run that on a daily...
  10. Are all the Montreal blue MS bumpers/skirts there?
  11. Keen for progress. I was looking at picking this up myself, but got beaten to it before I could sort things. Let me know if you are getting rid of any parts
  12. Removed the getrag 220 from one e36 and put it in another. And started swapping the brakes
  13. My mate wants one as the one in the car he just bought is dead. He wants is as cheap as possible lol. Only need the box as everything else is usable.
  14. To suit e36 318 (is). Lower north island preferred, but elsewhere will be considered. Thanks
  15. I've got an m20b25 crank, rods and Pistons (and the block). If any of that could be useful to you send me a pm
  16. Haha, I don't know... At least his one runs Only time will tell I guess
  17. Yeah the headlining is a bit nasty, but most e36s have that problem (same with the door cards). He says he has records for services at midas and might still have the records from the previous owner (who of course were an elderly couple...). He seems like he cares but doesn't understand, this was really obvious when asked about vanos ("What's vanos was his response"). It's had a couple of personalised plates so that might be why the plate is new.
  18. Anyone in Wellington able to weld a getrag 260 cross member mount or know anywhere that will do a good job?
  19. Agree with the nothing special. But probably better than a pulsar (even if it is a GTi manual) My mate took it for a test drive today and it seemed to drive fine. It looked ok, but the real test would be putting it up on a hoist. The owner wants a smaller 'city' car as he will be moving into to and only doing city driving or so we were told.
  20. My friend is looking at swapping his Nissan Pulsar for this e36 http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-964499600.htm What are your thoughts on it? All I see is a low km non msport auto 323i. But even that is still probably better than a pulsar It does have sport seats and msport suspension though. Thanks
