  1. interested as well, after final costings are done!
  2. Subaru guys do use a foaming head cleaner product, though can't remember what it's called! I had a mate do my WRX a few years ago and was not impressed with the smoke at the time, though did come up good afterwards!! People will always be dubious about something new and unconventional until you see the results.
  3. Tried the Wurth Anti squeal, and it worked perfectly!!! thanks Glenn

    World Cup

You only have to look at some of the greatest goalkeepers ever (Van der sar, Seaman, Peter Shilton, Schmeichel and Taffarel) all began excelling at around 30-35 and continued for at least 5-15 years... He did play a couple of years on the bench for Bradford and another div 2 team but his stock will be huge (remember he was originally the All whites no 2 keeper) as he's finally been given a shot and has def made the most of it! On another note... Awesome to see the poms get smoked this morning!!

  11. plus the only Albatross colony in the world I prefer the Larnarch rd/Highcliff rd to Portobello as a driving road though it's a pain in the ass with camper vans!

Sports betting imo should be for a laugh, when you take it too serious that's when problems begin...i put a $100 at the start of the WC for NZ to make the finals...if the doawesome for me if they don't it's a night out i miss out on Dutch are looking good but so were the Italians, if NZ topple Paraguay...My moneys on NZ
  14. I think your talking more about Dunners temp Graham...Christchurch in the midst of summer would be more like mid to late 20's on average...though def not as warm as top of the nth island.
  15. Awesome, thanks Glenn. Will give the grease a go and if no luck will get the rotors spun
  16. I've noticed you suggest this before Glenn, is this a typical BMW trait!? From other types of cars i have worked on before i have only replaced or machined rotors that were warped, thin or visually appeared as if they could do with a spin. @ Westy, that's what i was considering
  17. Flag the subs and spend your coin on a decent amp and front speaker/tweeter setup, if you like bass get some Kevlar Pioneer speakers for the rear...heaps f bass, awesome sound and damn near indestructable Or if you want a doof doof system go for Fusion IMHO Sony xplod is weak.
  18. Genuine pads Glenn, got them from Cooke Howlson BMW down here! I didn't bother getting the rotors machined as the 100% look good i may take them out and put some of that brake treatment stuff and see if that helps
  19. Hey guys. I have recently changed my brake pads(BMW OEM) and they have developed the most annoying squeal. I have slowly broken them in, so cant see that as an issue and the Rotors were fine and reasonably flawless. Is this typical for BMW OEM brake pads!? Any ideas or suggestions before i go and order some new Axxis pads(previous pads) would be awesome.
  20. +1 ^^^ Noob to the forum does not necessarily mean noob to BMWs or cars.
  21. I have known that for a long time!! My belly has definitely become healthier since starting to drink beer

    M3 engines

I'm thinking of getting rid of the S50B32 full loom, ECU and box as the missus has her eyes on an AMG S-class and cant really justify buying that and having 10 odd K of engine lying around the garage, if anyone is after an S50 PM me and if i do decide to part with it, I will get in touch and talk particulars!
  23. I always thought you were a Holden fan bahaha jokes

    World Cup

For New Zealand to draw against a team 70 places ahead of them in ranking(and current World Cup champs) it is as good as a win!!! We as NZers tend to be bandwagon jumpers, when a team is doing well we support them and when not so well we don't (All blacks-Kiwis-Black caps exception) and only have to look at Basketball world champs in 03 the Warriors etc etc TBH i never really liked watching non "TOP" football games and only over the past few years have started to appreciate NZ football...But again, so what if i'm jumping on the bandwagon?!?!
