Clearly more evidence that shows most of BMWs longtime 'logical' engineers in the 80s-90s are well gone these days, leaving it to the new kids to take their places.

The lack of peoples ability to understand how much bolts and nuts should be torqued is really frustrating. I've seen people I know do extensive work without the use of a torque wrench, it's just ridiculous.

Ooo that nice looking facelift Soarer in stock spec at the start of your clip. Car sounds epic. Can't beat a hardcore NA engine revving like that! I like your driving line, shift and throttle control too - looks like you know how to have a good time!

Oooo that black crinkle paint looks good. 10hp gains I would imagine.

What are those wheels? Looks superb!

Mmm must watch that when I have some time, looks good! -
Looks great with the ITBs. Pity he hasn't done a proper clip of the induction noise though. Be interesting to hear it at WOT under load. Interesting to note the original engine it once had was a LS5 454ci V8 producing 390 hp and 680 N·m

The plastic tank / alloy core ones are made from parts all over, Japan and Europe, assembled in China as far as I know. These are as good as it gets imo, tank mouldings are excellent and the cores are very well made on seriously expensive machines. Full alloy ones are made in China like the vast majority on the market - like Mishimoto and other well known brands. I've been going through and redesigning a lot of these radiators for them to make that factory makes some awesome products, it's a company with a lot of heavy investment which shows. These new designs are replacing a lot of older versions which are less efficient, later in the year I'll be doing a lot of BMW stuff again.

Never thought of Injectors having tiny filters like that. Is that quite common?

Core of the radiator is 440 x 440 x 42 These RACE0001s fit 1987-98 E30 E36 BMW 316i Radiator (Automatic Transmission) 1987-98 E30 E36 BMW 318i Radiator (Automatic Transmission) 1992-98 E36 BMW 320i Radiator (Auto) 1990-98 E36 BMW 323i Radiator (Auto + Manual) 1987-98 E30 E36 325i BMW Radiator (Auto + Manual) 1990-98 E36 E36 BMW 328i Radiator (Auto + Manual) 1995-02 E36 BMW Z3 1.8i 1.9i Radiator (Auto + Manual) Nice to see these going in some Bimmersport cars. I work at Fenix.

Where do they get the DOHC heads from? Or were they doing it custom?
-
It does appear to be missing an extra cam shaft though?
-
What a brave man Jooles. Looks pretty reasonable under the cam covers... no nasty build up

Ooo sporty. Does look much better. Yellow bulbs are so awful. I just changed my interior lights to all LEDs. It's quite refreshing. That bumper CSi piece will make a big difference. Where did you score that?

Is this proof E36 M3s aren't increasing in value? Is there any trend with them at the moment or is it too early to say?
-
Seems like a good car for 6k.. manual conversion kit plus an entire E39 to part out. Easy money maker!
-
Just a fancy 328i in wrong hand drive.
-
Can't say that sounds appeals much either. Especially since it has the speaker engine sound effect inside the cabin too. The sound of an old RS6 V8 Bi turbo does it for me.

^ An interesting experience. I guess this is the snobbery between different car scenes. It's pretty pathetic, but what can you do. Wow there was a Toyota Century there. I should have come

Impressive indeed. Such an agile machine. The noise is just a noise though.... huge step down in that regard compared to every other M3. I guess that is just turbocharging at BMW eh. Mercedes meanwhile is still making some epic sounding V8 twin turbos....
