i always have a laugh when i see guys put aftermarket headers on their car and say it didnt make a lot of difference, gezzz i wonder why

header design and length is meant to be built around port flow/runner length and cam duration after BDC header design isnt just done cause thats how everyone does it, well not if you want good results thus if they suffer things like mid range maybe they left a few things out of that calculation. headers are designed to work best at a set point before and after is a compromise also stepped primary's for 8-10" after the header flange gives a double power band as does 4-2-1 also the merge collectors internal design helps broaden the power band apart from that i have no idea what works best

upgrading the ignition this weekend its has a slight hesitation up top then turn the psi up to 15 just for a laugh

ah not realy the turbo setup has been in the build for over a year itll go onto a stock motor thatll handle 400hp on stock internals just for a base tune under 10psi then when the big engine is done its a easy swap

over xmas the setup goes in for a base tune

you need a 3 channel ignitor you can use one off a RB20/25 go to pickapart

it was indeed all the more reason to turn the psi a tad more

i cant go anywhere these days without being spotted lol had a nice play with a zr1 and a z06 vette on the way back they were good sorts but couldnt figure how a little 318i would blow past them up the bombays fun as lol

surprisingly it gets very good traction ill mount up some crap rubber and do some tire popping

The work hack forgot to add it runs a small case 4.1 diff and a 220 box and just for a laugh half the exhaust is stock....for now

6cm turbine housing with a 58mm exducer, cold side is k27 comp cover 400kw comp wheel 60mm inducer, all dynamic seals, 3" intake will a 8" ram tube
