yeah, id say they're crap 3 pedals is right, if you want a nice job done, pay the money that money really isnt too bad, it includes new bump stops and rear top mounts too having said that, you could do it cheaper yourself if you know how what springs are you using?

sounds like a normal e36

a 3.2x or 3.4x diff would be nice n high BTB here in the UK do some beautiful headers for this swap and RHD cars...another idea is S50 headers sounds cool, pics would be nice too!
-
Cool idea, but what happened to the e46 GTR you planned? very $$, why not just race an m3? or put it all in a 1 series? or e30!

I take it your looking for e46, but if you are wanting an e36, one thing i had in mind was to import one from the UK (where an evo would cost around £3k-£5k). i have been quoted £1.1k shipping, and there should not be massive amounts of charges if your not registering it. this is for a working car, so you can sell off any bits you dont use cheers Gus -
i was under the impression: e30 318i : m40 e30 318iS: m42 e36 e318i/ti: m43 e36 318iS: m44 afaik the e36 318s were still SOHC belt driven..would love to know if im wrong please

Cheers guys, DMR is great, i seriously like that bike. its just kinda hard to use from the UK and i use my roadie more when im home anyway working at a bike shop worked well! let me know if you guys want any info 6'1" would be perfect for that frame...im not supposed to be riding it that big but i really like it, it works well if your looking for a bike, often getting from a decent bike shop might cost a little more but build up a relationship and they will always be happy to help you out. I worked at Hedgehog (wearing my old shirt right now haha) and was pretty impressed compared to the usual Barrys Pt Rd offerings
