75k? as in 75000? tyres are the only thing between your car and the road, ie your safety and that of those around you. dont cheap out. and barums are rubbish...every person who has ever had them will say the same thing

magazines are sh*t..most writers are f**king useless (like most people) im with andy...>7sec times maybe 7.5? a manual 328 is a bit faster than mine, but not by heaps. only in higher gears where torque ruins me
-
my one is fine..am looking for a brand new one for track and reliability issues..in no rush so not straight away. i am using a pre FL rad with a long overflow tube...have all new hoses for the pre FL rad so would prefer to keep em, but would like to go back to a normal overflow tube plus all the oil probably in the rad now doesnt help!

anyone got a set i can beg/borrow/buy/steal for a couple of weeks? plus the attachment for M20 spring retainers? am on the North Shore of Auckland, will travel

i imagine body kit and sport seats? maybe wheels although they are pretty standardish as for being called M Spec, i imagine it is something to do coming from Japan, as they are different to a 'standard' looking at least e36
-
who does radiators in Auckland? am basically looking for a pre FL auto rad, but with the overflow tube on the left. my setup is mildly peculiar. else i will prob change it to a normal FL 325i auto rad. what sorta $ and availability? have heard e36 ones fit?
-
thats how i normally drive my e30?
-
hell yeah the turbo is cool, just not a daily or just stick with the m20 and buy a better car!
-
welcome to 3 year ago, M spec bashing
-
huge turbo lag, on/off clutch trying to drive in traffic? lame
-
328 obviously...has way more torque down low that 325, much nicer to drive. better power delivery
-
god i hate the turbo

On Road are generally really good..VTNZ sucks hard...have always thought them useless. low and soft cars are generally the ones that fail wofs, and generally handle gay anyway..i still fail to see the point. its hard with WOF guys as there are heaps of wankers (ie the one telling me my exhaust was less than 100mm off ground..retard) and plenty of good ones...best to stick with one you find helpful and trustworthy and build up a relationship with them by taking all yours and family/friends cars there.

has anyone got any stock e30 wheel alignments to use as a reference? has prob been done before but am interested in camber, castor and toe mainly for the record, mine is: 1988 M325i H&R sports Bilstein powerflex and other urethane for everything (susp/engine/box/diff) Front camber (L/R) +1.34 / +1.31 castor +8'47 / +8'49 toe +0.9mm / +0.9mm Rear camber -2.25 / -2.20 toe -1.1mm +0.7mm

my LSD seems ok, but becomes open under heavy use i know its been semi covered before, but where can i get it rebuilt and possibly lock up increased (i realise they are two different issues) apparently a particular ford??? has the same LSD clutch plates...i think Conrad you were talking about it? also any idea as to costs for plates/labour rowland, where/how did yours get done?
