But thinking of changing the painted gold centre to the colour on this.... Also, looking at getting the lips polished again. What is every one's opinions? hybrid 1039 Report post Posted August 29, 2013 Do you konw what I think Raerae ? polish the lips to a mirror finish using a wet and dry method and buffing wheels. Then paint the centers a champign colour. On your car that would be the tasteful and stand out look I would be going for. Just a note: going dark on a dark car will remove the contrasted look most people want. You can only really get away with dark on light coloured car. This is what I did my first set of LMs that way. Doing some other stuff to the car over Christmas that should make it more interesting to drive. However refurbishing the wheels are still on my to do list :-D were you able to re-paint yours?
