Filth 5 Report post Posted June 22, 2014 Oh Damn this looks sick... considering putting it on mine! http://www.ebay.com/itm/97-98-99-00-01-02-03-BMW-E39-5-SERIES-BSD-VTR-STYLE-FULL-BODY-KIT-BUMPER-SKITRS-/161336987666?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item25906f1012&vxp=mtr Thoughts? It reminded me of the new F10 shape.

E30 325i Rag-Top 2956 Report post Posted June 22, 2014 Nothing wrong with the kit itself, it looks pretty good, especially the front. But, to me, it looks like it is meant for a different model car if you know what I mean? It doesn't really fit the style of the rest of the body. The front especially looks too obviously bolted on. qube 3570 Report post Posted June 22, 2014 Looks stupid as. No idea why any1 would want this over the normal msport kit

I thought the same when looking at it but it definitely has the F10 appeal. Love the new shape! So aggressive / sexy!

kiwi328i 118 Report post Posted June 23, 2014 Umm, it looks a little front heavy to me. There are soo many MS E39's out there, even I would be looking at other options, but I don't know if this is it. I think the E39, if not all BMW's are very sensitive to aftermarket kits for whatever reason. However, dropping it and putting on bigger meats always did our cars well mostly. Keep looking I think. Back and sides are not bad, but I think you could do better for the front.

Ahmedsinc 414 Report post Posted June 23, 2014 (edited) Front end looks remarkably like the last VR4 Galant to my eyes. Butt end kinda like the E36 M3. Odd combination!! Looks killer on the 16s but! Edited June 23, 2014 by Ahmedsinc

Cheyne 17 Report post Posted June 23, 2014 Keeping it on the stock 16" rims definitely adds to the overall aesthetic flow of that body kit...
gjm 3258 Report post Posted June 23, 2014 Nice kit and a nice car. I don't think they really go all that well together, though. It looks like the kit should fit a different car - it doesn't flow properly.

DavidB 1 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 Wrong style, but admittedly executed very well. To me the E39 shape is all about understated elegance. The white bulldozer is neither understated nor elegant. They should try this theme on a One-series.
hotwire 352 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 Sooo - I'm not the only one who nearly threw up Bla! Trying to make an E39 look like F10 doesn't work. Two totally different cars! Like trying to put an E39 Msport front on my E12
