Credit where it's due,

I agree, wouldnt be my project, but still very cool!

no mention of power/tq figures, or a video of it running would be good.

I like it, not a bogan work, the engine is as someone mentioned a masterpiece of a work, specially the power/tq curve. not my cup of tea, $200K can be better spent else where but that's my personal taste, but just as somebody else said, just because you can doesn't always constitute doing it. but to in this case credit due indeed.

Wow. That's awesome. Full stop. I'd have thought anyone who is into cars can find at least a little something to love in that car. It's got originality and they've no doubt overcome some serious engineering hurdles.

Credit where it's due, it's a lovely build but excuse my ignorance, what on Earth would you use it for? At that price it has to have a purpose right?

I'm not hating. It looks like a full 'max out' on everything. Assuming it's, like, a Sunday drag car?

Obviously not to the tastes of the BS clique.

I wonder if it's less a 'for sale' ad as much as a services ad for ppre.

Holy throttle response batman.

MAAAAAAAADDD. RX4. Bet it can't even do a f**kin skid.

Check out this 12 rotor motor.. they use them in boats apparently.

My first cool car was a yellow RX4 Coupe, still have a soft spot for them. THe engine looks a bit undriveable though, all or nothing.

It has a pretty (extremely) flat torque curve in the dyno video. I suspect it has nothing much below 3000rpm, but the 6000rpm powerband after that is incredible. That's better than BMW (or whomever it is) saying "500nm from 1500-6000rpm", and a hell of a lot better than high power turbo cars with 900hp which tend to have a 2000rpm torque peak (full boost 5k).

(Edit - or do you mean it doesn't drive well on part throttle? Can see how that'd be the case)
