With the only E46 M3 Touring ever made by BMW as inspiration I have set out to make our own version. Starting with a 2004 M Spec 318T as a base and a 2002 damaged M3 as a donor a start was made today when the Touring arrived. We spent a couple of hours pulling bent parts of the car and loading am M3 bonnet on to start the transformation process. This build thread https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.326215047461492.73510.114076275342038&type=1 gives good insight into the build process. A big plus will be the MK60 DSC as part of the 318`s spec sheet and having all running gear plus a good rear cut to use. Here are some pics starting with the E46 M3T stored in the Basement at BMW. jy66242.pdf

Hi, As the heading suggests, I have pulled out the washer system and the fog lights off my E34 front bumper. Here it is still on the bumper, the water tank will come with it also, the very bottom one of the three. You get the jets etc everything you should need to make it work for your car. You will have to sort whatever you need to make it work on your car as I have no idea how to plumb it in to a car without this system. The Fogs are standard, nothing wrong with them, functional, no cracks or bits of missing plastic etc, much better design and quality than the E36 ones I had, they broke all over the place. Fogs $60.00 for the pair as is, these work. Headlight washer stuff $60.00. as is, I haven't used it, I don't even know where the switch is? But it's all there, same waterpump motors as the others. or trade whatever cool E34 stuff you have holed up in your garages Call / text me on 021795306 before the weekend then I will list them on trademe Cheers Lionel

So far my attempts to get the car running better have been to little avail so today I opted to do something I know I'm good at... Clean the f*cker:

Nice, We (Hellbm / Brendon and myself) have built 1 and just putting the finishing touches on another at the moment... to be reveiled soon. Ours are both based on the s62 platform however. Good to see another m3 v8 being done.

EDIT. In no world can your wheel touch the suspension. Solution: Buy wheels that fit. Really simple, #1 --- Make sure the distance from the center of your wheel to your guard is atleast 320mm front and 290mm rear. ( could be opposite.. ) #2 --- Get a wheel alignment #3 --- organise time for cert #4 --- DONT BE LATE #5 --- Laugh at his jokes #6 --- DONT be a smartarse #7 --- Have $500 CASH ready in your back pocket cause even if you fail youre gona be paying #8 --- Drive away with a smile on your face #9 --- ( OPTIONAL ) Wind your adjustables right down, tune your camber way negative, Be a gangster.

I don't usually reply to direct insults like this, but this is just far too hilarious not to!!! So you sign up to this forum and put this below as your first ever post and you are questioning me about my loyalty to the brand?? Pot calling the kettle black much? At least the length of time I've been around here I've actually gone out of my way to help out forum members with issues whenever it is within my knowledge base or capabilities and I most certainly don't put up first posts and call local BMW NZ dealers selling cars at a profit a "rort". Do a search and you'll actually see that I probably stand up for the local dealerships far more often than anyone else on this forum. But hey welcome to the forum.
