    Yes I have one of the 165 R/H drive ones. Worth $60k+. At $40k this is priced really well. Great investment car.

    Picked up the parts car today. Loaded with goodies for both the 740i and the 750i. Added bonus. It's the first E38 I've owned with a working stereo. Turns out it has Esche Grau wood in it which is rare. And very hard to take a pic of with out it looking brown. It's definitely more Grey than Brown.

    I may just wait for ground cams, if im gonna go through the hassle of pulling cams out I may as well make it worth my while. I mounted my ecu in the engine bay and made a plastic cover to shield from heat and water. Easy accessibility Im not sure what the db reading was when I got the lvv cert for the exhaust, he didn't mention it to me. But it passed. I built the exhaust a while ago (after the dyno but about a year ago) magnaflow comes to mind but ill have to have a look to confirm. It would be interesting to see what the chip is, I haven't re-calibrated my wideband but it was reading 14 @ 100kph cruising in 5th roughly 2500rpms. From what I read thats pretty good? I have refrained from opening it up for a while. You dont really need to, at 2000rpm in 2nd it struggles for traction. Fun fun.

    You'll also want to machine the front of the nv intake cam if you're installing it on the exhaust side, to keep the chain in alignment.

    I believe there are only 165 RHD S54 powered Z3M Coupes that BMW built. I understand none were sold NZ new, but HellBM have a UK import?

    The E36 in the OP. Non-Msport, stupid wheels, stupid suspension, horrible stretched tyres. Its a fail in my books, even with the stupidly over inflated price. Buy Brents.

    We use them on the race car. No spacers needed. Did you get the kit from the States it has all the bits you need.

    Scored this one today. 01 728i that was stolen and recovered. Dont get too excited. the other side does't look so nice. It's the same color as the 750 so I should be able to swap some panels. Style 32's will be going on it too. Also has a M sport wheel and 16:9 display which will do the move to the 750 as well. The 740i's going to be the work horse again when I trailer it home from Wellington sometime this week.

    Some love to be given. Into Precision Auto for some love thanks to insurance.. Respray on the side skirt, wheel dents and curbing fixed, and some clear coat peeling problems to be fixed.. She also hit the mighty 270kms.

    As it's not a desirable model and it seems you paid top dollar I wouldn't spend a cent more and just enjoy driving it. Just maintain and get the most out of driving it. 17s do not suit E30s. You will also struggle to find a decent offset in 4x100.

    I don't care what anyone says, if its does not have a third pedal its not a manual transmission.
