  1. As it's not an emergency, 111 is a bit extreme Andy, let's leave those lines open for real emergencies and just contact the police in the normal way? Don't see how a missing Evo could ever be an emergency? Now, if it was an E28 race car.
  2. I thought Autolign in Mt Wellington were Billy agents?
  3. Black E30 M3 on Pukekohe rd this arvo, 'COOLM3' plate.
  4. Mmmm couple of hours fighting to get out of one, rest of your life fighting to get back in one.
  5. Your car has coil overs from factory, just not adjustable. My 535 E28 race car has adjustable coil overs from George Stocks, height, camber, and damper adjustment. For a road car I doubt you'd need any of these, maybe just a good set of aftermarket springs and shocks?
  6. I've got 190 at the wheels, with cam and light head work only. Hope to hit 200 plus with headers soon.
  7. +1, give Gavin a call, 09 442 4451, Hi Velocity.
  8. If in Aucks, 2 forum sponsors can help, Brent at European spares if you're down south, or Ray at HellBM on the Shore, both very good.
  9. Is the power steering reservoir full, and is the belt on the pump and tight, sounds like it's not getting the power assistance? Don't forget this has a steering box, not rack.
  10. It's in there, from a E34 525 ix, the 4 wheel drive one, same booster as the early E32s run. It's narrower but double length. Good thing is that it's a straight fit.
  11. Quick update, Fitted the engine to the hole, and it does.
  12. Talk to Brent hartge535i, he's got one.
  13. Not quite the same, but there are 3 out my way running the local dirt track. One came 3rd in class this season, and is building a new engine for next year, 300 plus horses. They've fitted V6 holden engines and autos, and go real quick with 4.1 locked diffs. They run staggered tyre sizes and uprated springs as well. Lots of fun.
  14. I think you're right, more spring dependent than shock.
  15. http://www.e30.de/335i/00.htm I may know someone with a set of genuine brackets from E30.de if you're interested?
  16. I just got a set, seem well made and have the right certification on them.
  17. Sure would. If it is detuned, I wonder if it's gone the full US version or something else?
  18. Be unlikely to be detuned, SA cars are more often better tuned, it comes with the attitude I believe. BMW SA had a reputation for being a little rebellious at times, just look at some of their BMWs.
