You can just buy the rubber, and it's not too hard to do.
-
Yay, 1 all, goal 93rd minute, Reid u beauty.
-
Don't you mean Deutschland? Hope you're all up watching?

on each end of the fuel rail is a small piece of rubber hose which links the fuel pipe to the rail, these typically start to perish and crack, have seen a few leaking there. You need to take the top half of the inlet manifold off to make it an easy fix.

Interested as well.

High impedance Kerry, 10 to 16 ohm's ok I believe.
-
Get the best of both if you're rebuilding anyway. Go for the E34 block and sump for mount points, the E28 head for better combustion chamber using E34 valves, get the std cam reground for more overlap, E28 pistons, get the block and head decked, not too much or you get valve problems, you should end up with 10.5 plus compression, and 190 plus rwhp. Use the E34 loom and comp etc. Real good for topend torque.

Better to wait for Jono's, much cheaper last I heard.
-
Brent will pop up soon, but pretty sure it's still the low compression one.
-
The one you want is the E28 3.5, the 88 will be E34 which has the lower compression. I believe 86 and 87 are the best.
-
If you still have the 318 it won't fit, just make sure.
-
So Kerry, M3 or aftermarket?
-
Superb value yes, but budget on quite a bit more to get it running and tuned properly. Maybe 2 or 3 times as much.

Here's one, http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=28987 , motor side will end up being around $7000 including the 6 speed box.

Very nice Jon, but almost prefer this as a sleeper. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-1988-E30-3-0-M3-...=item3f006b94d6 -

HB Doug, Hope the day's good for you.

Try the forum sponsors, Ray, Brent for second hand, or Gavin for new?

Hi Jonathon, I have 5 x Racing dynamic wheels. 3 in good condition. 2 have curbing. These are off a 1986 BMW 325i & fit perfectly. Size 16 x7.5. 100 x 4 stud pattern with 25mm offset. Tyres are rubbish. I have 4 x centres with them. After what I paid for them, $500 if you're interested?

Damn. Good luck with finding it.
