Do you have a pic of what you are calling a crank angle sensor?? If it is what I think it is then you are buying something that won't help you diddlysqat.... IMO... replaced cambelt in L-jet 320.... dizzy timing is out... bet you money....!!!! Will edit... I have found what you were talking about in another of your posts, was just what I suspected... That thing is your TDC sensor, it has NOTHING to do with your firing/timing, if Ray tells you it does, tell him to change careers!! (I think he thinks you have a car with motronic ignition, in his defense..but if he saw that pic he should've known better..) That thing goes directly to your diagnostic plug and you use it to check timing (if you have the correct diagnostic equipment to use it) so listen to this old fart and go check your dizzy timing, be a good boy now.. Disconnect the battery!!! Jack up the car at the rear and put stands securely under it. The tank can stick to the body so will often require a bit of argybargy to free it so make sure the stands are well placed and steady. Drain all the fuel from it by removing the plug underneath and draining it into an open container. Remove the bottom of the rear seat, remove the cover over the wiring/fuel line connection and remove the fuel lines and pump and fuel sender connections. Remove the exhaust system Remove the exhaust heat shield Remove the propshaft Disconnect the rubber hose from the filler to tank. remove the tank mounting bolts and drop the tank. Will

There is a timing mark inside the distributor that must line up as well, most people get that wrong as there is no mark on the pulley. The rotor arm must line up with this mark. I am at work so cant send you a pic of the mark but it is on the base of the metal part of the dizzy and visible when you remove the cap. Give me a txt Gus if you are still not sure and I will call you and talk you through it. Will

I have a lot of experience with Uno turbos, you can get them to go like holy stink but DON'T have an accident in one !!! You would get more protection being wrapped in wet toilet paper!!! Stay away from them if you want to live!! Will

As Kerry says, the problem with donuts is they really stuff the clutches in a lsd. I have toasted many clutches in my lsd's over the years, but all that happens is you end up not being able to do proper donuts.. never had a diff completely blow like you seem to be describing. Had an e28 M5 (far more grunt than your 320) and did many clutches but diff/drivetrain survived it all. Also had a few centre prop bearing carriers let go and a few rubber propshaft couplers (rubber dounut) explode but stopped the silly stuff when this happened so damage was limited to replacement of the mounting bit. If you carry on with these items damaged, your propshaft will fling around wildly and can do severe damage.. Replacing the lsd clutches is not difficult, just finding a supplier is the problem as the Stealer doesn't appear to supply clutches as service items. will

That's the one I was telling you about with the "332" badge on the boot. Bloody awsome machine. You have seen my wheels like it has on? Mine are 16" though, those look like 17" at least. Gotta finish polishing them before I can put them on Alley's broom.. Will
