Last time I WOFed the old 320 it didn't pass when the inspector could move them with his hands, when it was on the hoist. Fully depends on where you go, but at the end of the day, to be safe get it done properly so they don't move and you will pass fine.

Under harder than normal acceleration my 328 sort of jumps twice from 2nd to 3rd. Changes then seems to change again with a slight delay and revs stay about the same, I'm guesing this is the flaring you are talking about, would be interesting to know the cost in fixing this, anyone try to DIY it?

That'll buff right out.

As per title, I have no idea how much one would cost but all my pixels are f**ked and its easy enough to change it out with a new s/hand one. Flick me a pm if you have one, Cheers Josh

Don't have an owners manual unfortunately ... would rather go by personal experience with different oil types as there are alot, the car has done 150xxxks if that makes any difference.

For an 96 328i? I'm looking at getting Pennzoil 15w-40, would this be correct? I'm attempting my first oil change/service by myself so any tips would be good. Going for the whole air filter/plugs/oil/coolant etc. Cheers

Some little motherf**ker ripped my l/h side moulding off overnight, bent it inhalf then left is half way down the street, if anyone has these mouldings, black in colour for l/h side for coupe door and the little piece on the rear panel that would be good Cheers

The 7 has been sitting for a few months now, just waiting for some work to be done, well I decided to make a start today and of course it won't start so I can't bring it outside of the garage! The battery has been freshly charged, when I turn the key all I get is a loud "click click click" from the engine, I'm hoping I can fix this myself ... anyone have any ideas? I had a bit of a Google and I got some results for fuel pump? Thanks guys Josh

Some idiot decided to vandalise the living hel out of it, deep .. and I mean deep gorges in the paint all down both sides of doors and 2 steel beet marks, 1 either side in front doors, not getting it fixed up just yet - waiting to funds.

Fixed itself. Fuses were fine. Closed the door, tried again and it worked, stupid little electrical gremlins. Josh=newb
