  1. Never heard that term before Gavin. Just to make sure is it the trim piece across the bottom of the windscreen?
  2. Yongxi got a price from BMW a couple weeks ago. $173 from memory. Would be interesting what BMWarehouse could do them for.
  3. I'm packaging them up right now and will send then within the hour when I go out if you can get your address to me. You guys should receive them Monday. They look really good.
  4. Alright, to all the guys who have ordered and paid into my account, they have arrived! I'll PM you guys now to grab your address'. Here's a quick picture of them installed in my cluster (E36). Really pleased with the result, no modification needed just a little bit of spacing. Still got 4 available.
  5. Rola racks have a bike attachment. Alternatively you could buy one of those bike racks that secure by straps around the boot.
  6. Mate, give Glenn a call in the morning when his shop opens up. Its late notice but he might be able to fit you in. Botany Motor Works Glenn. 272 2546
  7. I'm a fan of Navman. Have the highest spec previous model, S200. I personally can't stand GPS's with the small square screens, they look really weird to me. Navman have good maps and the updates aren't bad considering you don't have to update every year. Glenn you're more than welcome to try mine out before you buy. Although seems you're looking at a bloody good one already.
  8. Have you put it on trade me Andrew? You'll reach about 20 times the people through trade me.
  9. Call Ray if you want info. Don't wait for Ray to call you.
  10. Oh yea, sorry bout that. You'd need 5x120 - 5x114 hub adapters like I posted.
  11. If you want a quick blat Scenic Drive is quite good. I doubt getting stuck behind someone is a worry for a V10
  12. Only if you use these aswell. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-290095201.htm They would fit just as standard wheels would. ET20ish
  13. Hey mate! Sounds like a nice car, the E60s are awesome! Umm, theres not really much you have to do. Just chuck on some M5 wheels in the correct offsets relating to widths and centerbore and you'll be sweet. The best way to do what you want is to head into a Mag and Tyre Direct (Forum Sponsors) and Jonno will be able to sort you out! I'm guessing you'd want aftermarket rims as they're probably about 1/8th the cost of the real deal and do the same job. Rather than try and explain everything I think thats the best idea. Jonnos a pro and he'll do you a great deal
  14. Saw an E30 M3 that I had never seen before bout 30 minutes ago. http://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=coolm3
  15. ^^ Yep. Thats what i've always done. You don't polish before claying.
  16. Thats exactly right Jan. If you take out a mechanical warranty the issuer would require an inspection so they know they're not covering a car which problems worth mega bucks. Its quite hard and expensive to get a mechanical warranty for a car that has done 150k's. You've got to decide whether its actually going to be worth it. Theres absolutely no problem asking to source your own parts or even if they're willing to source the parts from Euro Italian. Gavin is a great guy and supplies quality products. Theres no problem wanting to source the same parts for half the cost! The garage obviously doesn't really care as they just charge the customer.
  17. ^^ The oil. I absolutely hate painted trim. I can handle flat or matt but gloss looks stupid IMO.
  18. Seems his sense of humour doesn't carry that far.
  19. Just use Germanplates.com. Done.
