^ Yeah that cracked me up! Oh they're Yakuza so obviously they drive rice rockets in close formation...

Thought I saw this on trademe recently...

I daydream about this sort of thing quite a bit - but usually with larger numbers... Pay off mortgage, do up and rent out house - $500k New house - $200k deposit (think I remember some smart person saying better to have your investments pay the interest but maybe that was just the beer talking...) Investments - $3M (to include an establishment where lady's dance :-) e30 M3 - $50k Car for wife - $25k Travel - $100K Personal physical therapist - $50k a year Personal chef - $75k a year Expenses - $1M Or something like that...

Alice getting a big growler :-)

Saw Dylan going over the harbour bridge in my old car - looked very clean!

To get from a to b I'd much prefer some sort of teleport fly splicer. That would get the masses off the roads and then I could enjoy driving without having to watch out for Mr "I have no idea what I'm doing".

2030 headline - Software bug kills 20 in highway pileup...

You should setup a business - I've got some work you

You can get, but hard to find, original tweeter pods\quarter panels - not sure what they're called but the plastic triangle on the inside of the mirrors. Or you can just glue them there. Or something custom? I did the quality coax fronts, Infinity Kappa, with sub in the boot. I liked it but if I was going to do it again I'd use components with the tweeters up high to lift the stage.
-
what is the aim here? Front sound stage is usually the easiest setup - decent components in your kick panels backed up by a sub in the boot. I found rear speakers in the parcel tray unnecessary in my e30 and faded them out.

^ Tempted... Don't seem to be able to open the pics in your profile gallery - might just be an at work thing though so will try when I get home.

Nice looking car. Already a number of bids... Why do people do that? The auction doesn't close for a week - why bid so early?
-
I don't get it. Besides buying something and never using it for it's intended purpose - petrol goes off, oil breaks down over time... So how well preserved is it really? And the cars ugly
-
But it must be an Alpina - it says so on the badge... That Toymota is just weird! Looks like a 90's Merc and where are your legs supposed to go with the swivel seat?

Get the owners drunk and then sell their cars :-)

Spotted Suresh in Greenlane today - no time to take a photo though... Looking good as usual!

Yeah I'd be looking if it was up here...

Hello people. So I've sold my car and am looking for a sedan for kid taxi duties. But I don't want something too boring! (have the wife's car for that). Ideally you have a e46 motorsport 330 with a manual gearbox to sell me... But failing that will look at motorsport 330's with leather seats even though they're missing a pedal. cheers,
-
^ Agreed!
