I find the Lexus to look decent. Sorry to E46 Compact owners but I think they are hideos! But still a touch better than the W203 C200 Compacts! Diesel Guy is spot on in post 1 for my first two choices!

I would agree it would be a bit risky selling both cars to replace them with one. Also as expected from any E39 it would cost another 1 - 2k after ownership to tidy up.

Thanks for posting that Gaz! Absolutely gorgeous car...

I wouldn't touch it even if I had the money to fix it up...

Ridiculous price. Can pick up an e36 for that price lol

I think dust coming from front brakes seems normal. Had a sh*tload of dust coming from my front brakes of my previous 528i.

Had the exact same question last year. Ended up with a 540i.

Search " 2 Ridley Park, Singapre " in Google Maps. Scroll right to the gate. Closeup of the rides: Visit My Website Remember, this is in the country where it costs $90k to buy a permit to be allowed to own a car and bungalow houses cost $20m - $30m SGD.

http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-review/first-...n-martin-cygnet Not sure if this has been discussed or not but I didn't know such things existed until today or maybe I am a bit slow. A bit of surprise (not in a nice way)... A variant of Toyota IQ according to Wikipedia.

Hi there, I was coming home one afternoon and i did a left hand turn (nothing crazy). After driving for around 100km I started hearing my power steering whine when I switched lanes. By the time I reached a stop light the car felt like it had no power steering at all and when turned the wheel I heard a sound that sounded like when you are sipping juice etc through a straw and only having the last tiny bit remaining. Then all sound ceased and I lost powersteering completely. I have taken the car to a workshop and they said there were no more power steering fluid. When they tried putting more in the fluid just dumped itself from the bottom of the car. They said something must have burst. Any problems similar to this? Workshop hasn't got it on the hoist yet as schedule is quite full so need some suggestions for the meantime. Thanks

Just found the best example to describe this topic... HERE

That nagging feeling that it should be a little more...power. I completely understand the situation but all in all, the things you do to a 528i for power gains are very limited without going FI. Intake, headers, exhaust, Dinan ecu. So in the end you may be spending a lot of money for not a lot of gains...

All e39s are great... Maybe not so much 520is but anyway welcome! It is very correct that the I6 3.0 is less problematic than the 4.4s.

Happy birthday and have a great day

Slightly off topic but this thread reminded me of this:

You should make your car a M3d
