  1. Have a look at the second episode and what Clarkson had to say about the Ferrari and May rubbed it in.
  2. now now the pen is mightier than the sword don't you know, oh sorry 32oz east wing but its more fun to smash things
  3. What ground clearance do you have at present? Have you considered a set of 17" wheels instead to fill the gap between guard and wheel. If lowered you will not be able to park it like you do in the photo parking concrete blocks, speed bumps, steep curb and channel on drive ways and pot holes just love lowered BMW front bumpers best of luck.
  4. You should be able to get a key the engine DME will have the last seven digits necessary for a dealer to obtain a key for you plus it could be a lot less expensive and hassle in the end.
  5. Hi, replace the "O"ring in the power steering reservoir cap these get flattened by people over tightening them repeatedly. The reservoir hoses go hard over time, engine heat etc if you have enough hose cut the hard end off and re clamp them if not replace the hoses.

  7. Good to see you have things sorted and hope the fuel consumption comes down.As regards shipping have concerns that it is not as good as it could be from the states.
  8. "optional Alpine suspension". What suspension does it have then?? "Don't buy a pain 330 buy a "M" sport"The whole ad for the car is a "pain" To boot it's a auto with no MFS function, GPS Nav set up etc Can think of a lot better ways to spend $45 Grand than buy that particular vehicle sorry no sale here today.
  9. Thank you for the heads up on the RUC charges Michael. Will be having a word to the person concerned that told me so. So buyer beware again and no come back either.
  10. Was lead to believe that the RUC charges are the registered owners responsibility and had to be paid before it could be sold. Check with LVTNZ or what ever they call themselves they should be able to clear it up for you. Just make sure you ask Turners for a list of all the fees they might charge you should you decide to purchase.

  12. Something like this http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-...n-607578729.htm Their is a place Nth or Auck, Wellford Wellforth that make thing like this or PM Andy sure he could help you out.
  13. Doesn't meet current emission standards as stated probably only ec 2 or 3 but believe it has to be 5 or greater so no compliance not legal on the road. At only $4800 you would make that back easy in spare parts plus keep any parts you required.

    E46 Exhaust Q's

Have a look at the dual system run on the 325i. If it is like the one on the 2001 325i M sport I had it was nice and quiet at idle but give it a rev up or put your foot to it and it wasn't have bad. Might be bit more than you want to do re your description just a thought.

  21. If one finds an item overseas that is at a reasonable price you find out the company do not ship international. The same item from a company that does is half again if not more as expensive or the shipping wipes out any gains. That said have found several British firms that have been great both in price and delivery times in the past. Would members be willing to list their overseas contacts that have proven to be cost effective.
