Morning, There are a couple of classic rental agencies I know of in Wellington, but no vintage rentals (at least that I can find!). Your best bet would be to look for a wedding car rental agency, as they generally specialise in classics. Like these guys in Eastbourne. There's a place in Onehunga that's selling a Hamann-style front lip (FG) for $500 - they've had it advertised for ages and it's bloody expensive, so I'd be surprised if they wouldn't move a bit on it. Looks great, real black theme going on there. Wheels looks awesome! You could look at some BMW centre caps to provide a bit of contrast - but entirely up to you what style you're after. See the following one for what I mean about centre caps:

It's only really what someone wants to pay. I found one on similar k's on TM for $8,800, if that's any indication: '99 328CI. You can pick up a newer 330i (edit, link here) for $7k these days, so it's hard to tell. Hope that helps.
