Hi guys, Was wondering if anyone knows roughly what the correct current draw from the battery when the car is off? I've been having to jump start my car every morning, but before I replace the battery, I want to make sure that its not something else... Measuring with an ammeter, I got roughly. 0.15mA - Does this sound normal? - By pulling out all the fuses, I found that 0.1mA is from the "cabin". This is a 91 Subbie Leggy. Be great if someone could let me know whats the normal current draw! Cheers, Andrew.

Hi there, I have an 1996 E36 323i Automatic. Lately I noticed the ABS light in the dash is staying on. I am not too sure what is causing it. I have taken off and cleaned all the shaft encoders on each wheel, but that has not resolve the problem. I think my next step is to try swapping the ABS relay. Does anyone here have any ideas/experience/suggestions? Please let me know! cheers!

I personally don't like any bit of it. Rotarys are cool, but just not on an e36... I'm surprised no ones mentioned that the front bumper is of a different shade of black compared to the rest of the car?

Hi guys, Recently I came across this website (http://www.tradecarview.com) where you can directly import cars from Japan. Has anyone got any experience with this? I'm interested in getting a E39 (525 / 528 / 530) M-Sport, but it seems like a lot of the dealers here in NZ don't stock them anymore - is this due to the change in import laws? The prices quoted here on this site seems pretty cheap - obviously there are additional costs, but I'm not too sure what they are.. haha Are there anyway to tell whether cars are "registerable" in NZ? Hi there, I have an E36, currently with 225/50/16 tyres. I am just wonder if its possible for me to fit tyres of other width on it? For example 205/50/16? I know that depending on what I put on my odometer and speed reading will be a little off ... but If its like under 5% I don't really think it matters too much. I just really want to know if I bought a set of say 205s if I can actually fit them on to my wheel? cheers!

Hi there, Just wondering if anyone has experience with taking off the fan on an E36? I want to do this, because I am hoping to replace the tensioner and idler pulley. But cannot do so unless I take off the fan. Any advise would be much appreciated! cheers!

hmm.... according to carjam, that number plate belongs to a Z3. Weird? (I was just carjaming out of curiosity btw!)

Possibly the outlet holes got blocked by wax? Happens to mine every time I wax my car.
