I do know of one e30 that has very simular pin stripes down the side...

Are you doing your own labour? Remember if you go turbo properly you are going to have to go aftermarket ecu, take the head off and install a thicker headgasket.. etc etc. $3000 wont go far, esspecially if you are a newbie ( I'm not sayin you are, I'm just sayin )

People who have gone from m20b20 to an m50b25 say it's a huge improvement. I went from m20b25 to m50b25 and I've found it makes little difference. Of course it's a better engine, rev's quicker, and it does have slightly more power..but in reality it isn't a breathtaking difference. I did it more for the bling bling.

I see where you are coming from but if I had blown shocks I'd be replacing them regardless of m52 or m20b20, they're still just as shagged no matter what engine is in the car.

Had a cop literally jump out of a bush on the side of the Kaimais and take a photo of me on my bike one day. Unfortunately there were about 10 other bikes in the same shot so I never got the ticket =D

I always had this username, I think I'm probably one of the few that have never changed their's. I painted the writing on the wheels for a laugh, and it ended up looking pretty cool in my opinion. Yeah, the stripes were a rarity, but unfortunately I had to get a door repainted and ended up loosing the stripes all together.
