I bought mine at 10pm on a saturday night from a petrol station. They pulled out of the little plastic holder easy enough for me. Just make sure you replace them all or they will be all different brightnesses.

All I was saying, in regards to earning respect is, I personally give everyone my full respect from the word go and they can lose that respect if they stuff up. Nobody has to earn it in the first place, I give them a chance.
