Look up upholsterers in the yellow pages. Or call one of the parts sponsors and replace them.

Hey guess what! You can still take your waste oil down to the marina at Half Moon Bay like I said 2 years ago in this thread.
-
Gavin @ Hi Velocity can tune it. He is up in Auckland though.
-
Nice find. Check out some of his other vids. Quite interesting. Especially the Turbo ones. First Motronic ECU's.

Here we go. http://www.youtube.com/user/veilguy This guys vids are testing all the jammers active/passive and different ways to catch you. Ex-Cop. He rips the passive jammers to bits. They DO NOT work as previously stated in this thread. The Jammer in my fathers Merc went off again yesterday on the Souther Motorway by Mt Wellington. So I counted to see when it turns off. Is around 5 seconds. Quite a long time though.

Talk to any inspection service or BMW specialist and they will tell you to stay away from Singapore cars. But there was a recent argument on Bimmersport with a bunch of people backing the Singapore cars. My personal experience with them has been very very bad and costly. And I still feel people who recommend them are handing the person a grenade. Jap cars usually have more options than the NZ new ones. NZ new ones are usually in better condition. But get the car to a specialist to have it checked. Where in NZ are you. We can recommend one close to you.

Fathers Merc has Jammers hidden away. Got tagged towing the car down to Hampton last Sunday. Was quite a laugh seeing the cop try over and over. Didn't matter as I was cruising along on cruise control. How can the cop prove you are jamming him? Unless you have one sitting up on your dash in plain sight.

Well I am not going to read that crap. Keep that bullshit to txting other 14 year olds.

I didn't get many battles. Everytime another Bimmer came close to me I was doing something else. Driver Training etc..

WTF? Which one of you Mods keep deleteing my thread?

I don't even bother reading your posts so it wasn't me. Opened this one because it said something about mods. -
Yeah was a good day. Have some vid of Ian beating on his 540 on the skidpan. Will put it up later.

Am coming with a mate James. Can't get your payment thing to work though. I think it could be my end.

Not sure why I read the national papers websites. But I just had a read of an article on Paul Henry about some more complaints that were rejected. One being that he said "Jesus Christ" and that was offensive. Why has it taken me this long to realise that the media is 80% Womens Gossip Mags, 10% Irrelevant dribble and 10% Regurgitated old national news they are trying to bleed dry. But anyway enough of the rant. Was anyone else impressed with Captin Slow pushing the Ferrari to its limits at the track. Poor Hammond couldn't keep up in his Beatle.

I didn't mind them denouncing him. He screwed his mates for personal gain. However this does bother me. http://www.nzherald.co.nz/entertainment/ne...jectid=10697046 People joke about Christian faiths all the time. sh*t there has been many TV shows taking the piss over the years. Father Ted... Yet one little joke in the middle of a comedy car show and they get all up in arms about it. It is always the bloody Muslims that are having a cry too. But to me religion is a joke. So maybe my opinion doesn't count.

Yeah Rich we do usually use the E55 to tow. But that is my Fathers car and it uses around 24L/100km towing. I have a E39 540i. Have not driven it in about 6 months though. And is now away getting painted. Will be up for sale soon as I have a company car now.
-
Yeah I got an E39 to tow the race car. Not the best of tow cars to be honest. Plenty of power. Not the right suspention for it. Especially if you lower it. Have replaced all my shocks and every arm in the back in just 1.5 years. Is Rex still bringing in cars?
-
Yeah thats what I am talking about. Own my own car trailer so don't hire them. Spose it depends on when the hire trailers were made.
-
They have them at some of the local gas stations around where I live. And the Hirepool ones I have hired have both and they were also un-braked.
-
I was going to say get Rex to bring you over something nice. But now you can just swap all the gear over into something else and save some money.
-
Yeah most will say which side is what size. My car trailer has one of these. You just pull the handle up and turn it to the other side. Most rentals I have encounted are the same. But on my E30 I had two Donkey cocks. Just bunged in what ever one fitted. See if you can locate the other size. http://www.trojan.co.nz/index.asp?PageID=2145834345

Was it not a fake? We have the DVD of this and I am pretty sure it is an average citroen with an early F1 V8 dubbed over the top.

HB mate. Was good to see the car back at the last race. Even if you did have another close call.
