Yeah for sure. But also price dependent. If the Iphone 4 is much cheaper than the 4S than it still might not be worth it. Same with the Samsungs. The S1 Plus is nearly as fast as the S2. But $200 cheaper.

Something about the iphone 5? Haha oh I am just reading about it. No iphone 5. Only a 4S. And it is only just catching up to something like the Samsung SII which is being replaced very soon. You would have to be a real idiot Fanboy to upgrade to it from an iphone 4.

Upgraded my wheels for the season. Selling my old ones. These are +18 in offset. They have been stripped back and professionally powder coated with a matte black rough finish paint. These are a bit heavier but they are also very strong. 4 x 15x7 4x100 wheels without tyres. $400 (powder coating cost $300) Dan 0211887733 Perfect if you don't have the budget for new wheels.

Yeah your screwed there. If it is in plain sight you have no show. Those racks are crap too. They might be legal but they shouldn't be. We had one just to get through the process. But it had to be bolted to the wall in a cupboard. Also we had to drill out the small holes to put a decent sized bolt through the rack. Do you honestly have 7 people in your house? Cop is going to love that. Has to talk to each of them.

Not sure Mike. I just tried mine and it works ok. And what I have listed has more info than your trying to put in. Might have to send Hybrid a PM for help there.

It takes about 3 months all up. So apply asap. Very long winded process. Some mates and myself are getting into it now. We have a range of guns now. Couple of .22's a couple of Mosen Nagants, a modded and very nice new 7mm rem Hower, a 303 Enfield bush hack for goats, and a scatter gun. Also have reloading gear now and made our first 20 rounds of 7mm Rem yesterday. Will start reloading for the 7.62x54R the Nagants use and no doubt the 303 soon too. I am looking at picking up some more WWII era rifles. Things like K98 Mausers, G41/43, various enfields etc.. I would look to see what ranges are availible in Wellington. There is bugger all up here in Auckland. So finding places to shoot up here is a real pain in the ass. Though you can get a license to shoot on DOC land from their website. No Rim fire (.22) or shotguns on DOC land though.

Found this on Jalopnik.com this morn. Quite cool. Full story and pics here http://jalopnik.com/5829911/the-mystery-of...-bmw-dealership The mystery of a ghost BMW dealership In the small town of Oakville, Ontario there sits a BMW dealership, abandoned for almost a decade. Inside the doors sit, frozen in time, two 20-year-old BMWs in seemingly mint condition. What happened? There's something about abandoned car dealerships that fascinate us as car enthusiasts. With over 1,500 car dealerships closing their doors since the Carpocalypse, abandoned dealerships have become a modern version of the decades-old barn find fantasy. All car guys fervently hope to one day find our car of our dreams secretly sitting somewhere — hidden away from prying eyes, safe from weather and time, just waiting for us to save it and make it our own. And it is dealerships like this one that help make us believe this secret car fantasy can someday become a reality. The folks at Endras BMW have sifted through the five years of posts on the MaxBimmer BMW forum. There, the dedicated membership has carefully attempted to track down exactly what happened to this abandoned Canadian car dealership. The mystery of a ghost BMW dealershipWhat they — and Endras BMW — have been able to put together is that in 1988 the dealer, operating under the name "Citation Motors," had its license revoked for unknown reasons. They then moved to Toronto under the name "Downtown BMW" which in 2002 closed up shop. The owner, apparently a well-off business man, seemed to have no interest in selling the place, or even the inventory, as everything seems to have been left behind intact. One hundred percent frozen in time is the only description that seems fitting when describing this ultimately interesting place. The mystery of a ghost BMW dealershipIn the showroom you'll find an E24 and 635csi BMW in absolute mint condition. Well, mint may be the wrong word to use as the rubbers have probably given away and the gasoline has made a mess of things inside the mechanical bits. ‘Unused' may be a better word to describe these twenty-three year old cars. Especially the 635csi, which apparently only has double digit kilometers on the odometer. Also note the typical 1980's showroom interior furnishings, architecture, and design. But that's not the only interesting find in the building. The mystery of a ghost BMW dealershipAround the back you'll find the shop, which, same as the showroom, has remained completely untouched. Frozen in time and packed with BMWs. From one BMW forumite's account who's had the privilege of visiting the dealership we can conclude with a certain degree of confidence that another mint black 635csi rests inside. MaxBimmer forum member "WhadUpp" managed to beat the window reflections to get some amazing pictures of the dealership from the outside. We've included a few of them in this post, but I strongly recommend visiting the thread here to see the rest.

BMW F30 M3 / F32 M3 Testing With Tri-Turbo I6 Engine Spied for First Time! Exciting moment folks! We bring you the very first spyshots of the next generation M3. These photos show an F30 3-series sedan with several trademark M3 features such as quad-exhaust, flared fenders and drilled brake discs. We believe the next M3 will be powered by a triple-turbocharged inline-6 engine with an output of around 450hp. It would be based on the N54/55 engine and use not only two traditional turbochargers but also a third electric turbocharger. Scott26 claims that these photos are no indication of an M3 sedan making it to production. Rather, BMW had only an F30 prototype to use for testing the M3 parts and components. Don't count the F30 M3 sedan out yet however, as it's been alluded to that it may still be in the plans -- despite the rather slow sales of the E90 M3 sedan. Expect the new M3 to hit the market sometime in 2014. As we reported earlier, the E90 M3 sedan will end production this October while the E92/3 M3 coupe and convertible will be produced through June 2012 at least.

Have owned Silvias for the last 10 years. They have just as many if not more problems than most BMW's.

What is the degree of adjustment? Most of these kits you can purchase just don't have enough adjustment for very low/race cars. If you have anything more than about -2deg on the rear and want to correct it you need the slotted camber correction tabs put onto the subframe.

Auto box. But has that switchable Sport/Eco/Man switch by the handbrake. Is quite effective. Compaired to the horrible Autos I have driven anyway. Auto box has also been fully serviced by BM Workshop.

I can vouch for this motor. Is the smoothest running M20 I have ever been in. So quiet. Almost forgot what they are meant to be like. The Auto trans amazed me too. Not your typical useless slush box. Changes so quick and smooth. Ignor the clueless AJ. Some people are happy paying $800 for some POS unknown condition 300,000km old M20. All the receipts for the whole car its entire life are in a folder the previous owners put together. Some serious money spent on it. But all in the right places. BTW. It comes with the entire engine loom too.

Could I get you take down two tyres for me? Are for a girlfriend of mine. Let me know.

Pretty sure I have had some waves from some dodgy Bimmersporters who feel bummed when they see it is a guy driving it now haha. But she just did a 650 mile trip from here to Tairua to the Mt to Rotorua back through to Paeroa and home again. Didn't miss a beat the entire time. And was a great drive. So much more fun than the big E39 540. Loved it. Now she is off to get her cancer cut out.

Similar thing happened to me a few years ago. I had insurance through State for my 180SX in about 2002. I got some new wheels and some stereo gear to go into it. So I thought I had better call State and declare I had the gear and get a new payment scheme. Phone call was pretty straight forward. Me: Details and reason for call State: You have voided your policy and we will no longer insure you Me: WTF and argue for about 45 mins State: Too bad Me: Ok please cancel all the family's policy's. Another 4 cars and house and contents you bunch of wan#$@! Moral of my story. Careful if you read this thread and think sh*t I better tell them. They could still crap on you.

y3ah boe it did ah. Sadly I drove past Quay Street later and I have not seen a greater number of sh*t cars in one spot in the last 6 years. It was like an even more tacky Fast Fours Car Yard park up. If thats possible.

Looking good Ray. Going to get some good attention this season. How far along is Mikes car?
-
Hmmm I am very tempted.

I love the little beast. And I am glad to hear yet another personal rave about it. The stripes are just for the Demo car. Watch the latest Top gear episode if you want to see one looking so damn good. The white actually takes away some of the lines in the photos. Darker colors are so much better.

Done. Would have liked to enter a friend. Didn't know about the comp.
