I love arguing with the council over small tickets when I have nothing better to do. Most of the time they just let you off as they don't want to waste resources pursuing a $14 ticket. And a letter that takes 10 mins to write might save you $14. Hell you could buy some Sushi and a drink with that!

Glenn I would pick something that is cheap to update. The area your workshop is in is under heavy development with new roads every other day.
-
Moved to the correct section. The FOR SALE section.
-
Do the Corromandle loop then.
-
If they ever clamp your car. Use a 10mm allen key (long one) to remove it. Free Clamp. If your not one to ignore the problem and let them do and charge what they like. Check to make sure they are the owners of the land. If it is council property they can't fine you.

Beat you to it man. There is a map in my link.

Going for a drive along the coast from Howick to Kaiaua Bay is great. And usually much quieter than the roads out West or up North. And the Fish n' Chip shop in Kaiaua is one of NZ's best. Howick to Kaiaua Road Map

Unless your the next Mad Mike. Don't waste your money. All the "Drifters" i know rarely get track time these days. The most common thing they do is illegal or sliding around cones at the end of Meremere dragway. Ones pushing your luck and ones a yawn fest. Gone are the good old days where we had our own drift session at normal Puke Open days. Most of the Drift days are reserved for the big boys with their $60K+ cars. Mind you I was drifting 10 years ago. Bit older now and am much more interested in Circuit racing rather than showing off.

They can't name the tickets. There is not four of me going. I am not sure where in the world my other dopplegangers live anyway.
-
Carefull there. I was ticked there last year while visiting my Dad who is in the Price Water House coopers building. $14 for 30mins over my expired ticket.
-
Yeah you treat it like sh*t and it will look like sh*t.
-
Hahaha. Remember, they may not just ticket you. They may tow you. $$$$$$$$$
-
Wow thats awesome. I would be checking Trademe Chris. Bound to be some filthy scalpers selling closer to the time.
-
Added the 325 which I somehow forgot about. Is the same car that Hellpina posted further up. But I don't know what my Dad was thinking buying me that soarer as my first car. It was a 2.8ltr 6cyl Manual with LSD. Is looking a bit tired in the photo but was actually quite mint.

Yeah that was RB powered. Therefor I did not rate it. And its wheels were too modern for it.

Might aswell join in. Owned a ton more cars than I have photos of. I like to think I have picked nice cars over the years. Been very lucky to have owned some of them. I imported most of them at a much preferable price. My Favs in chrono order First car 84 Soarer Sold this one ^ to build this one v Purchase this Series 3 in the UK for 70 quid. lol. Current cars

I am the same. Have no interest in it at all these days. My user name is 10 years old and drifting wasn't so full of douche bags back then. Some nice E30's on that site. Surprised there is not more in NZ. Even though they are a handfull.

Good luck mate. When you get your money back get yourself a HTC Desire. Much better than the Iphone. http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_desire-review-468.php Don't worry too much about the poor vid quality. Its firmware update is upgraded it to HD recording in Q3. Same with the Sony equivalent.

I am going to approach Arron in regards to the slag that drove into my 540 and now refuses to pay.
-
Yeah 2nd Auckland Show for Oct 14th. Sales are Thursday 13th.
-
You must have been very over unied that day Jonathan. There was no way you were getting a 3gs Iphone for that price. Have a talk to served.co.nz. Many people on GP Forums have used him with great success. Post it up on GP if you like. He will no doubt give you some advice. But be prepared to get a bit of stick from the dipshit gpers.
-
Yeah you should watch it before you comment.
-
Also hate prepay. Especially when you want to fill the tank. But your not allowed.
-
Until then. Sell it and get a 320 racecar. They are affordible. The open class is not. Hence why I don't have a E21 500hp Turbo beast. Or just get some 320 running gear for it.

Shell on the Pakuranga Highway still has forecourt staff. It is a huge station. During winter they have a guy just for filling up gas bottles. And one or two filling up peoples cars so they don't have to stand in the cold. I have noticed they always go and help the older people first, then the ladies. Thats good practice. I hardly ever have to stand by my car waiting for it to finish.
