  1. from what i have played with i can tell you that if you put all the standard e36 stuff in it will all bolt up, but your wheels will sit REALLY far back... if you go caster offset bushes and top plates you are starting to bring it back to standard, but not quite there... if you spend the money and go e36 m3 evo front arms then that will work, either that or you get e36 arms modified or get some made...
  2. would have to move the center peice and give it some HUGE dish like a good 8 inches though... thatd be awsome.. EDIT: something like this...
  3. yeah thats the one... apparently hes a good friend of ians... he pops on the forum from time to time... cant recall his username though..

  6. if your gunna go 2pc its gunna cost you... no 2 ways about it... can you not get an oversized disc and machind down the hat height etc???
  7. ive always found making my own has worked the best, choose the correct diameter, get something like a forzaflow muffler and a coby and get a nice shiny tip to fit on it.
  8. if its primarily a road car like you said then i agree with fox, standard 325 ones or whatever will be ample... you can go spending $ on fancy pants big ones and all but it still a road car..... ohh and from my experience big swaybars either cause sledging and or twitchy rear end.... thats just from what ive experienced tho... i like to run my race car with std front and no rear... works best for me..
  9. M P auto clutch in upper hutt, lightened flywheel to 6kg, solid 5 puk clutch, pressure plate increased to something like 2200lbs or something rediculus. all up was about $480 was made up, not a set.
  10. Just thought i would ask. are the e30 brake pedals adjustable? i havnt had a chance to look yet. took my racecar for a drive the other night over some windy back roads.... apart from missing and spluttering everytime i hit WOT the new brakes that i had just fitted meant that my brake pedal was harder than it used to be and didnt depress enough for me to heel toe properly. so i was wondering if i could introduce a little freeplay into the pedal to be able to heal toe better? Gahh F.ing racecars.... fml... thanks oli
  11. usefull..... plus 1 for sticky.. should putt with the tyre rolling diameter calculator too..
  12. i have 3 teng tool torque wrenches, 1 1/4" drive, 1 3/8" drive and 1 1/2" had them checked and adjusted by some guy that came round work and did them... have never had any problems with them, am infact very happy with teng as they are the majority of my tools, have lasted me several years of full time use... i had ampro as part of the kit from tec.... its OK, not as good as teng imo but there are worse out there. personally i would steer clear of it but it depends on ur budget i guess..
  13. ^this is also in a pfl 323... random.. anyone want???
  14. ^thats true. if you have a crash and ur vehicle is inspected by insurance assesor and they find that it was not in a road legal condition at the time, kiss goodbye to insurance, and it doesnt have to be a contributing factor to the crash, just anything that would mean that the vehicle was not currently up to wof standards... insurance companies dont pay out willy nilly.
  15. No a bmw plate but i saw this yesterday, imo a prime example of when a pp is silly... http://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=f1dler
  16. well then if you want to be in the biggest drop category then start selling more cars eh...
