Half the reason is the fact it has no fan, of course it'll start to get warm at stationary.

If one side of the radiator is hot and the other side cool it more than likely has a blocked radiator or a huge air lock.

A scan will still be needed yes, common for the light to go on and off. I think the seat mat sensors are fairly pricey.

Oh really, i've got 18s and when i have mine wound all the way down the rear wheels sit a good two inches in the guards, very impracticable though ha.

Pauls correct, if you pull the input flange off the crush sleeve will need to be re-torqued.
