Set of 437M 19x9 et29 19x10 et40 Super light, currently have pilot sports fitted but need replacing. 255/35-19, 275/35-19. a few minor marks, but overall very good condition. thinking $2500, but input welcome if you think I’m out of touch!

I have a spare 8.8 screen.. let me know if that’s what you need. -
RDS has lots of stuff. One part is the station identifier, so the receiver can determine the various frequencies are the same station. Therefore it’s able to maintain the same station as you drive to different areas with different frequencies of that same station. if it is set to 810, the same stations with different frequencies will show in the stations list, but it will not switch automatically. when 810 and 807 are removed the stations are listed once (rather than multiple of the same with different freqs), and will automatically change to the strongest signal strength frequency. (it is possible to FDL code the options on/off.)

FYI: Do not change the country code to Australia 810. - just remove 807. the radio RDS alternative frequency won't work correctly for NZ if you set 810.

Excellent! - I’ve been scheming the same thing.. I’ve contemplated using a usb hub module ( which is a fdl option in nbt evo) rather than the “direct usb C module in the picture. - my thoughts are: the nbtevo never had usbC, so it my not be compatible? - I struggled to find a definitive answer…

The good thing about the BimmerUtility app is when you add something to the FA, it will determine the FDL changes for that option. - so it won’t VO code a unit. This is great for custom coding as it won’t reset all the tweaks you’ve worked on or “non Standard” configurations.. as I’m a big believer in Murphys Law, I always make a FDL backup of the modules before coding, just in case it turns to custard! ( the app will tell you the modules that will be coded before you click yes or no). but, yes you will need the FSC for kafas2 either way.. have you priced an OEM code?

yeah sorry, It will have a eSIM - not a user changeable SIM card like a cell phone uses..

From experience of a UK import: you will need to set your profile address to an address in Japan, then it will allow you to add the vehicle to the mybmw app. it will also depend if the modem in your Japan vehicle has a roaming capable sim. - ie it will still connect to the internet via NZs cell network.. it is not possible to change the “country of origin” of the car. let me know if it works- I’m interested to see if a jap sim will roam..
